“First time trying Huey Magoo’s and I’ll definitely be back. I got the Buffalo HB Sauced Bites with fries and Texas toast. The buffalo bites had great flavor, the dips were great, and the Texas toast was absolutely on point. I also ordered a large coleslaw, which was delicious.

The only complaints I have was ordering a large sweet tea and receiving a regular unsweetened tea. Taking a huge sip when your mouth is prepared for sweet tea and getting unsweetened instead is a special kind of shock. Also while the container for the large coleslaw was huge, they only filled it halfway so that's extremely frustrating.

One tip for my fellow ketchup people: two meals with fries came with two ketchup packets total, so definitely ask for extra if one packet isn't going to cut it.
Other than the tea mix-up, everything was great and I’ll absolutely be back.“

“This location has been the least accommodating based on my experience. Today, the bread on my 10ct minis was undercooked. They tasted like dough but I didn't go back to the store. I consider baking them a little more when I got home, but I just threw them away. Hopefully this review will be read, and my order gets replaced.“

“caiden and kelly (sorry if incorrect spelling) were so lovely! there was also another MOD that helped me out but i didn’t catch his name! i received the wrong sandwich and couldn’t come back because i had college classes but kelly told me i could come back when i had time and they had it up and ready for me in no time when i came back, caiden (sorry again if that is incorrect spelling) had an adorable smile and attitude! you guys found a gem with him! such a lovely smile and person all around! thank you guys :)“

“I am a loyal chic fil a customer! I mean they are top notch compared to other fast food places and honestly the only place I eat when grabbing something quick. The professionalism, politeness, and quick service keeps this customer happy. However…..I do have a complaint. I wanted to start this off with a positive because while I never leave reviews, I feel like this complaint needs to be noted. The delivery app needs a serious update. How can I make a lunch order at 8:30AM with no issues and it be delivered when it says it will be, but if I make one at 9:30AM the lunch items are not available until 10:10?? Please make it make sense. I had to wait around until 10:10 to place a lunch order and was told by the app it would be delivered within 30 minutes at the most. Ok not an issue because my kids lunch isn’t until 11:00, so plenty of time to get there. It took an hour for this food to be delivered and the location is 5 minutes from there. That’s insane to me. When I called to speak to someone to see why my food was not in route yet, it took 6 times for someone to finally pick up the phone and Stacy assured me at 10:51 the food was on the way. Well 5 minutes later I get a text telling me the food was in route and John did not get there until 11:15. I get having to bs to keep customers from getting irate with you on the phone but obviously my order was forgotten about and this is a serious flaw in the app that needs to be addressed.“

“The food was amazing fresh, oh my God so much taste, it was so delicious.The fries were on point; you probably say it's was just fries , no... fries have to taste the bomb;and perfect and the taste was Life Given and crisp.... freshly made the chicken tasted freshly made and the sauce wasn't dried out. The slaw wasn't dried out; It was perfectly moist and perfect. Now this Zaxbys is everything, I give five hundred stars. Seriously!!!“

“Kienna and Destiny went above and beyond today Saturday May 16th 2026. I had to dog sit on this side of town and decided to stop by to eat in this Bojangles because I had an hour to burn. The ladies and even the staff in the back were very efficient, friendly considering they are in pants in a building which has an air conditioner that is broken. I don't see one single box fan or similar and no portable air conditioner for the dining area.last read of the temperature was at 90 degrees. Come on Bojangles they probably are underpaid and overworked to begin with.“

“The last time I ordered from here in DoorDash I was disappointed. The sandwiches were sauce with a side of chicken. WAY too much sauce to the point where the sandwich was soggy. Fries were over cooked and soggy. This is normally my go to place“

“The food was excellent. It was fresh and hot. The young lady at the register was very nice, polite and funny. We had a large family to feed and came in at the last minute and they went above and beyond to make sure we got everything that we needed. And served it with a smile. We are here on vacation and churches chicken made it just a little bit better. Thanks to all the employees that worked on this day at this location. Great job!!!“

“I’ve lived in the Summerville area my entire life, and this particular Zaxby’s is always busy—the drive-thru line is routinely wrapped around the building. Despite that, I’ve generally had good experiences there. The restaurant is usually clean, and the staff tends to do a good job keeping things moving.

On this visit, I pulled up to the drive-thru window wearing an Eagles hat. The employee at the window immediately said, ‘Go Birds!’ We chatted briefly about the Eagles and their chances this season. Then she jokingly told me that because I was an Eagles fan, I was ‘number one’ and would be parking in spot number one while they finished my order.

After pulling into the parking spot and navigating a minor misunderstanding with another customer, I settled in and waited. A few minutes later, the same employee brought my order out personally. She jokingly explained that she had delivered it herself because the other employees who were supposed to bring it out were Dallas Cowboys fans and apparently weren’t interested in serving an Eagles fan.

Whether that was true or not, it made for a pretty funny interaction. If that’s really the rivalry at work behind the scenes, maybe we’ve finally discovered why the drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building. Either way, I got my food, had a good laugh, and left with another memorable Zaxby’s story.
