We got a large pizza split between Holy Shiitake and Great White. Both were really good! The edge was thick and super tasty. We were definitely happy with our choice.

It usually takes about 20 minutes to get the pizza, no matter which location I go to. The staff is always friendly and nice.

“I want to tell you the pizza is great - they have a tasty gluten free crust! And when they get the online orders correct, the pizza is great- but the last few times we’ve ordered one of The pizzas is missing one or a few items. Once you could count the shreds of cheese on the cheese pizza.

“I’m from Canada, so when one of my friends suggested all you can eat pizza for 9$ I had to go check it out. Upon arrival, the place smelled amazing. I was greeted by the manager Karen and Amanda, whom welcomed me to the store but also USA. They were very friendly and always announced the pizza in their own unique way. My friends even went out and said their pizza tastes better than any other cicis pizza in different locations. We will be seeing you soon again thank you so much!!“

“Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.“

“Saw this new Italian restaurant on the front page of the Post & Courier today and gave it a try for lunch and definitely wasn’t disappointed. I went in google and did some quick reviews and looked over the lunch menu. The restaurant is only open on certain days and was glad to see that it was opened today and it recommended reservations which I’m glad that I did. I’m glad I did, because when we arrived, people were already there before us who had booked prior to us. Our server sat us down and brought us a carafe of cold water and menus. We didn’t wait long and we ordered. We ordered the Brussels salad and Calabria pasta dish with a glass of Chianti wine. Our order was out in less than 10 minutes. The food was fresh and delicious. The portions to us were just right. Our server came back several times to check on us. We wanted desert, but too full. Definitely will return. The place was about half full when we left. We’d like to try dinner for our next visit. The prices were reasonable.“

“I'm always on the hunt for the best pizza, and tonight we tried Donato's for the first time. We got the Classic Trio hand-tossed, and the Founders Favorite thin. Both were fantastic!

The sauce is superb, like a Nonna slow-simmered it from a secret family recipe. It's vibrant, with a hint of sweetness and such depth of flavor. It's the perfect consistency and the perfect coverage on both types of crust.

The house-recipe sausage is spectacular, and the thin crust stands up to the multiple toppings on the Founders Favorite. The hand-tossed crust is delicious and even more delectable dipped in the garlic butter.

We ate half of them before I even got a picture, that's how good they are. These pies are the real deal, and that sauce is gonna keep me coming back.“

While doing so I observed the young lady had put the returned pizza back in the box. “Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.“

“I've never had a problem with this pizza hut. Always have been my favorite until today. I tip and everything, but the cook and cashier today were NASTY (both females). I get they're backed up but when you order a pizza with extra cheese but it's missing half the cheese, make it right without attitude.
