“I’ve eaten in and have also ordered takeout. The food is always excellent and the service is very pleasant. I go as an individual customer quite often but today my daughter’s company, AHT, In North Charleston had their Christmas luncheon catered and everything was absolutely awesome and everyone that I know was well pleased with the food. It was mentioned but a manager that the restaurant staff was in the restaurant at 6:30 AM preparing the food all Homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Everytime we come to South Carolina we must have Stoners Pizza. Today we went with the large pepperoni and a small meats ( ground beef, pepperoni, bacon , ham and sausage. ) I can't remember what the name was but it was amazing as always.“

“I want to tell you the pizza is great - they have a tasty gluten free crust! And when they get the online orders correct, the pizza is great- but the last few times we’ve ordered one of The pizzas is missing one or a few items. Once you could count the shreds of cheese on the cheese pizza.
Please, encourage your staff to pay attention to details!!

“I recently tried D'Allesandro's Pizza and it was a delightful experience. The crust had just the right amount of thickness and was incredibly tasty without being overly salty, which I really appreciated. The tomato sauce was perfect, offering a nice sweetness that complemented the overall flavor beautifully. This place has now become our regular go-to for pizza. Highly recommended!“

“I’ve been to a few different branches of this place in different cities, and it’s always solid.
📍 The Spot:
Super cozy and chill—great for hanging out with friends or bringing the fam. They’ve got big tables too, so it’s perfect for groups.
🍕 The Pizza:
We got a large pizza split between Holy Shiitake and Great White. Both were really good! The edge was thick and super tasty. We were definitely happy with our choice.
🙋🏼♀️ The Service:
It usually takes about 20 minutes to get the pizza, no matter which location I go to. The staff is always friendly and nice.
🅿️ Parking: Plenty of Parking lots.

“We had a cicis around our area growing up. But this one was by far the best one we’ve been too and we try to visit one whenever we are traveling. The food is fresh the staff is the nice the managers were pretty awesome as well. This is your must go to Cicis!“

“Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.“

“My girlfriend and I were eating there after visiting her hometown in VA, where bennys was started, to compare the pizza. My GF has GI medical problems and burped loudly. Noone else in the restaurant had an issue with it, except the lady working. she promptly embarrassed my GF and ruined her entire experience to our own small town. We definitely will not be returning because of her.“

“The food and service are both great but we always have to move the tables and chairs outside for my wheelchair to get past to get inside. If the owner sees this, please just put the tables and chairs up against the wall and they can be pulled out as needed when people want to use them, that way people with mobility aids can use the sidewalk.“

“Amazing customer service !!!! When our first pizzas came out WAY too charred for our liking , they so graciously took them BOTH back and redid them perfectly. Then the manager/head chef personally delivered them to me to make sure they were just how we wanted and apologized again about the first batch . The second batch of pizzas was delicious !!! Well done DeSano pizza Charleston we’ll be back next time we’re in the airport .“

“I'm always on the hunt for the best pizza, and tonight we tried Donato's for the first time. We got the Classic Trio hand-tossed, and the Founders Favorite thin. Both were fantastic!
The sauce is superb, like a Nonna slow-simmered it from a secret family recipe. It's vibrant, with a hint of sweetness and such depth of flavor. It's the perfect consistency and the perfect coverage on both types of crust.
The house-recipe sausage is spectacular, and the thin crust stands up to the multiple toppings on the Founders Favorite. The hand-tossed crust is delicious and even more delectable dipped in the garlic butter.
We ate half of them before I even got a picture, that's how good they are. These pies are the real deal, and that sauce is gonna keep me coming back.“

“we had dinner at Italian Bistro tonight. I can't say enough about how polite, inviting, and attentive the staff is. The staff is a very nice complement to the wonderful food. The young staff was a breath of fresh air. the young staff showed attentiveness, teamwork and a very respectful attitude toward every customer and each other. Not only did we have a Wonderful dinner but it was a very nice experience.“

“Sbarro in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to go for pizza. When I am having a tough day this place works really well to turn things around. Sometimes I get just a slice, but other times I get a whole pizza and either choice works well. Everything they have here is very delicious and well prepared. The staff here is cool and friendly and works hard to get you your food. This Sbarro is awesome.“

“Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.“

“I've never had a problem with this pizza hut. Always have been my favorite until today. I tip and everything, but the cook and cashier today were NASTY (both females). I get they're backed up but when you order a pizza with extra cheese but it's missing half the cheese, make it right without attitude. I was polite as could be until they got nasty and I still kept my composure. Your employees need to not only do better, but be better. Their attitude was completely unnecessary when it was THEIR mistake.“

“This is one of the best pizza places around! The dough always tastes fresh, and they often have plenty of coupons available on their app for takeout. “The pull in is a little small for it being off such a busy street. Parking on one side is more suited for walk-ins while the other side is more suitable for pick ups and of course the drive thru pick up window. By far, the drive up window is great. The times I have gone in, it has always been very clean. The staff has always been pleasant.“

“The food is delicious!! My husband ordered Chicken Alfredo and I ordered Stromboli for dinner. Our order was delivered in 25 minutes and was hot and fresh. We both got way more food than what we could eat and it was so delicious!! We will definitely be ordering from them again!!!“
