“I recently had the opportunity to try Marilyn's Kitchen and I'm so glad I did! The shrimp, red rice, mac and cheese, and green beans were all amazing. My husband had the sweet and spicy chicken drummettes, which were also delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and the servings were so generous that we could have easily shared one meal. If you're looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend giving Marilyn's Kitchen a try - you won't be disappointed!“

“Located in the inner city of North Charleston, hold a hidden gem that serves good southern comfort food like grandma use to make on those special occasions but My Three Sons offers a variety of delicious delight from crispy fried chicken, slow cooked smothered turkey wings to fresh fried fish plates to order. At first glance the exterior may opt you to second guess your decision to commit and try their delight but I express with the warm welcome customer service of the staff to treat yourself to a slow quality meal. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area who appreciates this style of service and food.“

Because honestly I love their set up and the food so beyond competitive in flavor and I can't begin to say enough good things about the character of each person I encountered , very patient , respectful , and you can actually feel the family love from across the counter ,however the following morning I woke up with the runs really bad . “The convenience store you have to walk through to get to the restaurant ordering window is one of the nastiest I've ever seen in my life, BUT Rai Shaun's food was fantastic. I had lima beans and rice with a big piece of hambone in it and shrimp and grits. My wife had the okra soup, fried fish and the best crab cake we've ever eaten (I had to steal a taste) at any price. Rai Shaun is a great cook and super friendly guy. Good luck and I hope you can open a sit down restaurant soon and get out of that convenience store.“
