“Easily our favorite hibachi and the Sakura roll is a must have. We appreciate the fresh cut vegetables in our meals instead frozen like it usually is at hibachi restaurants. The service is always great and the restaurant is clean. If you live close do not pass on Sakura!“

“This Chinese restaurant may not be the fastest around, but the food is always incredible! I always but in a pretty large order, and it is worth the wait. They have the BEST crab rangoon, and the shrimp fried rice is always loaded with shrimp and veggies. They have never gotten my order wrong or left anything out. This is my go-to spot for amazing Chinese food. I have been coming here for 10+ years, and I will forever be a customer!“

The Sweaty Pig sandwich was delicious and very filling. The chicken nachos had tons of toppings and were very flavorful. We also tried the briscuit/Mac n cheese egg roll and the sweet potato crunch. Again, delicious. April, our server, and Brock, the manager, were friendly and fun to talk to. From the time we walked in the door, we felt very welcome. If you get the chance to visit SBH, don’t miss out!“

The food was delicious! The manager was very present and active in the dining room. Overall a great dining experience! “I can’t say enough good things about Southern Palate Catering. We used their services for our wedding in April 2022. Most of the compliments we received from the wedding were about the food! We worked with Denise, the chef and owner of Southern Palate. She always got back to me promptly and was always willing to meet with me face to face anytime I needed during the planning process. My husband and I always dreamed of having Mexican food at our wedding. Denise already had an option on the catering menu for Mexican stations and it was just what we were looking for! They homemake everything, even the tortilla chips (which were amazing), and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy with anything I wanted. Denise made sure all of her employees knew I was gluten free and they served me and my husband the whole night so that we didn’t have to worry about taking the time to get our own food. They even packed us a to go box full of every food item at the wedding so that we were able to eat at our hotel after. They took all the stress off of us on our special day and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend using them for any event and I will definitely be using them for any catering needs in the future.“

Followed up by the New York Strip which was cooked to perfection, and possibly the most flavorful steak I’d ever eaten. We usually do not get desert, but everything so far was so delicious that we could not pass it up. We tried the white chocolate banana cream pie and the butter cake, and an espresso martini. OMG is all I can think to say. Stefan was our waiter, and he was amazing with his detailed descriptions and recommendations. “I travel an hour to eat here. I would put it at the top of my list in the category of your standard Mexican restaurant in the southeast. At first glance, you wouldn’t think there was anything particularly special about it, but it the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the chicken soup or the chiles poblanos with ground beef (you have to request this). Atmosphere is simple and no-frills, but feels comforting and cozy. The proteins in the Athenian combination platter are juicy and possibly charcoal grilled, with no tendrils or gritty bites, which is hard to find these days. The entree alone is a little simple, I spruced mine up with sautéed bell peppers and onions to go with a side of fluffy, fresh yellow rice. Ordering two 2oz tzatziki sauces tied it all together. Their pita bread is served in wrap formation, fresh to each order. Less than $20 after tax for the meal as is, or ~$27 for all the extras mentioned including another piece of bread. 🫓 🥂 The salad is included, easily three meals out of this one order. 10/10 restaurant. “The food at Kairos is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, tonight while making my pita, the person who was helping me wiped his hands on his shirt and then didn’t change his gloves. I didn’t want to say anything because I felt uncomfortable and there were other customers in line, but I wish he would have changed his gloves. I’m hoping his shirt was clean and had been washed recently, especially with all the sickness that’s going around. I will eat at Kairos again, but hopefully this will be discussed with the employees.“

They did show it to me and on top, it looked good. Got home after a shirt drive, and the dough was completely raw. It stuck to the box. it wasn't cooked at all except the outer crust.“
