“Our first visit to Pete's on Poinsett and it won't be the last. There are quite a few comments posted about a 20 minute for the food. Personally, I prefer fresh cooked, which this was, and don't mind waiting for it. The food was delicious and prices are reasonable. “We were so excited to have a Culver's open closer to our house! This is our family's go-to fast food option for burgers. The food is almost always top notch and is completely reasonable when you have five people dining. Obviously, the best part is the incredible custard options for dessert. They have a gluten-free bun available, which I greatly appreciate as someone with a sensitivity. It isn't the greatest bun - generally falls apart before I can finish my burger - but at least it isn't as dry and cardboard like the gf bun from CFA. The only downsides to this location we've noticed are the soda machines seem to be incorrectly calibrated so that the drinks are all very watered down tasting. We thought this was a new store mistake at first, but it has persisted the entire time they've been open. Secondly, they always have the ketchup dispensers and cups incorrectly inserted so it's very difficult to get a cup and nearly impossible to get the ketchup to dispense. These three issues should be easy to fix and I am not sure why the management hasn't yet addressed them. The final issue is more often than I think should happen we have accuracy issues with our orders. I understand we are ordering a lot of food because we are 5 people and we have some complicated orders, but we can only do so much when the order on the screen reflects what we have said but the food on the tray does not. Again, overall, I feel like Culver's is a top notch destination for both quality food and excellent service, and I think with attention to some of these smaller issues, the store would be a top performer! We will continue to check in often for their progress!“

Its really nice inside! Good menu items with enough choices so you can find something you'll like.
They do breakfast, but I visited for lunch.
I had the cowboy burger, which has bbq sauce, onion rings, and cheddar cheese. It was good and the burger patty size was much bigger then you usually see.
Onion rings and French frys for my side.
The onion rings were perfect!
Great service made this an enjoyable lunch!

“I first came here about two years ago when they had just opened. Back then, I ordered the cheesesteak sub and personally found it a little bland, but my boyfriend really enjoyed his Italian sub.
This time, he ordered the steak sub combo and I got the gyro bowl. When I ordered, I was asked if I wanted the platter and said no, but I was charged for it anyway. Mistakes happen, and I didn't realize it until I checked my card later.
Overall, the food was good. I just wish my pita bread had been packaged separately because it was soggy by the time I got home. I really liked the sauce that came with the gyro bowl, and my boyfriend enjoyed his sub as well.
Despite the mix-up with the charge and the soggy pita, we had a good experience and would be willing to come back and try more items.“

“The cook she was great, the server she was terrible. The server was not friendly at all, bad attitude when she brought our food on 8/10/22 at 6:45 pm the server never came to refresh our coffee and left the cook all alone with all the tables full. Manager needs to pull security and see this. For 25 minutes we never saw her again. We finished our meal and she still was not back. The cook was having to cook, clean tables. wait on customers, she was doing a great job. TR waffle house hope you look at your security footage.“

“We enjoyed Roost's Sunday brunch buffet and our large table of 8 were very happy with the food, ambiance, and service! Our server was friendly, checked in on us often, and made us all feel welcome. When talking about the food we all raved about different items being really yummy. The variety of food was really great and everything tasted fresh. I plan to come back another time for dinner!“

“We tried Golden Corral for the 1st time in several years. It didn’t start off good, but after we fixed a plate (or 2) our experience got better! We learned that they were short staffed (which is the norm everywhere) and there were several parties there. Once they started restocking the food, it was fresh & delicious! Our server got freed up from a party & was very attentive. The desert selection was superb which is what I ultimately took photos & a video of. The price is fair for the selection of food. There were several dirty plates before we found a clean one, which was concerning. We were not made aware of the App & reward program, which was disappointing because I didn’t save my receipt. A coworker told me about it the next day at work. I would suggest making people aware of this as they come to your restaurant & it would keep us coming back. Overall, I’d give our visit a 3 out of 5! We will try it again!“

“I wanted to love this location, but my recent visit was a bit of a letdown. The drive-thru is often backed up and the layout can be confusing for newcomers. I ordered a bacon grilled chicken sandwich around 6 PM. While the bacon, veggies, and bun were all fresh and delicious, the grilled chicken was incredibly disappointing—it was shriveled and looked overcooked. I really hope this was just a one-off! Service was also mixed; the gentleman at the window was fantastic, but the person taking my order could use some customer service training. I'll still give Cook Out another chance, but I hope the food quality improves.“
