“The food is a 5star! Plenty of special diet choices also! This review is only for Moncks corner, not the other location. I want to give it five stars, but the customer service was pretty poor. By that I mean unfriendly , no greet nor a goodbye, no thank you , no you’re welcome. No eye contact, no smiles. The cashier was OK. But the other girl looked like she detested being there. When I think of an independent coffee shop, I like them because of their friendly customer service versus Starbucks for example. I think this location needs some training or a change in employee.“

“I had the best pumpkin spice latte that I have had all year from this Starbucks today. I don’t know who made it, I wish I did, because whoever made it I want them to do my coffee every day. It was a Bones day for me because of that coffee. I work next door so I am definitely a regular. Our office staff is still standing after the last tsunami of Covid surge because our neighbor Starbucks helped us through some bad bad days. THANK YOU LOVE YALL“

“My experience is at about 0530am. The store was clean, what I wanted was stocked and I managed to catch the associate to get help finding something I couldn't initially locate. She was polite and quick to point me exactly where I needed to look. The self checkout was convenient as well. Definitely would stop here again.“

“I really like this classy hole in the wall. It’s so chill. And it’s downtown Summerville. Great place to get a bagel and a boba with your son.“

“I used to love Dunkin because it stood apart.from Starbucks... I think the way things are trending, they are trying to "keep up with the Jones" and they are more like Starbucks with every update. I wouldn't mind so much as long as they hold onto the basics, but the changes are also pushing up the prices. I guess that's just the price of competing. Still like Dunkin coffee better than Starbucks. This particular Dunkin has a good staff. Fast and friendly.“

“Bought a ? and a yeti look alike cup for my daughter to take to school. I told my daughter she couldn't take it that day it had to be washed first. Lady behind the counter took it to the back and cleaned it for her. On top she filled w ice and water. Thought it was over and above what they could have done. Also she came back with some dragon stickers to decorate it... thanks dunkin it made her day!“

“I am new to town and have been a number of times since arriving. Only done breakfast so far. Ordered on the app to save money although definitely not cheap these days. They were out of burritos one day but that happens. I have got my order pretty quickly amd the early morning staff were friendly. All and all a good experience foe McDonalds.“
