“First time trying Health in Hand yesterday. I wasn't feeling good and hadn't had anything to eat so I stopped and tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie with chocolate protein. I can definitely say this will be my go-to for smoothies from now on! Best smoothie I've ever had! Everything sounded great and healthy and I love the fact that it's a local, small business that uses locally sourced ingredients.”

“Consistently good meals, whether we eat in or order to go, ever since they opened several years ago. We like the chicken, steak, or shrimp bowls with noodles or you can have rice. Our friends say Konnichiwa has the best sushi in this area. Always friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend.”

“It was a 25 minute drive, but it was worth every mile. Very friendly people, family owned. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and his daughter. The food was amazing, it was prepared by his lovely wife. I had a shrimp platter and a hotdog with chili.. Normally I put ketchup on my hotdog, but this hotdog did not need any extra topping. I highly recommend 💚”
