The manager and employees were all extremely polite, helpful, busy cleaning something. Not just wiping it down, but actually cleaning each item. It was very refreshing to see people put that much pride into their work. That is a rarity! They even came and threw our trash away for us, which no other Chic Fil A has ever done. “Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. I have a feeling it's because of my tattoos, piercings and stretched ears. I definitely was seen because multiple employees looked straight at me with a disapproving looks. One member of the team did finally see I had been standing there for about 10 minutes and asked if I had been helped. Once she found out I hadn't been she quickly got my to-go order together and I was able to barely make it back to work on time. Luckily I ate on the way. I wish I got her name because she was the only one that didnt make me feel judged. I just moved here and my Chic-Fil-A in NC never treated me this way. I probably won't be back to this location unfortunately. My time is valuable to me and I'm going to pay them to just waste it.“

“Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!“

“I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and seeing this little place called the Best of Philly. I’ve always wondered what the food was like but I never stopped by. So today I thought I’d try one of the Philly cheesesteaks. I got one and took it back to the others I with to try it. We all thought was really really good ! That night we ordered Philly cheese cheesesteaks because it was so really good. When I went back that night , I met one of the individuals working there named San. He was so pleased that I liked the Philly Cheesesteak. I told him I would do a review as other may be passing by as I have and wondering if it is good. So don’t pass it by anymore!!! It is really good!“

“This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

“I used UberEats to order from here today, 10/27/25, and I just want to say that whoever was in the kitchen today making food, deserves a raise or something. I usually get good food when I order, however today, was better than ever. The burrito was grilled so perfectly, and the chalupa was still warm and soft when it arrived to me. I hope the manager or someone in a higher position sees this and gives the proper employees the recognition they deserve!“

“Was after 10pm when I was there. Dining room closed and had to order through a make shift window that had been added next to the entrance. Had a few picnic tables there for a dining area. Was ok...burger was dry, overcooked, fries were good and milkshake was great!“

The ladies working had a bit of an attitude when we told them we didn't receive the correct sauces we ordered. They went back and forth with us a little insisting we got the right ones. Which we did not, because we only received 1 sauce when we order 3. Other than that it was good.“

“I've never been inside, so I don't have a clue what the atmosphere is like.
This Popeye's Chicken is mine and my wife's favorite place to get fried chicken! Crispy crust, juicy meat, and without a doubt, the best flavor around! ...and their sides are awesome! Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Red Beans & Rice are SO delicious too! I haven't had the other sides.
If you want some good fried chicken and fixin's, hit Popeye's Chicken. You can't go wrong. 😋“
