The premium suite was very comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful details, and they offer great accommodations for dogs—welcome bag and all! The customer service and waitstaff is excellent—attentive and friendly. The food is incredible, but the highlight was the Butterscotch Budino. It’s the best dessert I’ve ever had. (You have to try it, no matter how full you are.) Whether you’re looking for a staycation or passing through Aiken, don’t pass on The Willcox.“

“I just wanted to call out Jared who is a facilities management individual. I thought I had lost my Apple Watch and was very apparently not happy - he saw me and asked how my day was - and I said fine. He went one step further and said he could see something was wrong and could he help. I told him I lost my Apple Watch - he walked me through how to find it on my app and voila! It was ringing in my room on the floor! He was so sweet and patient and truly wanted me to have a good day! BRAVO JARED! Wish there were more people like you in the world who are so positive and patient and caring!“

“Always had great food over the last 30 years only a couple of times there was a mishap that they quickly fixed with no issues. Very very very law-enforcement friendly and Bill is always available if there ever were concerns very proactive owner very proactive in their community.“

“Went to visit Papa's Kitchen for the first time today! It was a cute little "hole in the wall" restaurant, which is something I absolutely LOVE! They had specials on a board featuring several options including a hot bar and many side choices. I chose the Sweet Heart Shrimp Wrap Special with Mac N Cheese and my Husband chose the Chilli Cheeseburger Special with Mac N Cheese. The food was DELICIOUS!!!! Also got the coffee which was so good as well (good coffee is so hard to find in restaurants!) We got red velvet cake to go which was also fabulous as well! We will for sure be back again!“

“I had breakfast at the Aiken location for the first time (10-11-22). The banana pancakes were good. The wait was short, and our server Aja was funny and nice. She was great!“

“We had the BEST experience last night (on Father’s Day) We had a party of 10 and got there at 5pm. The host told us it would be a 30-45 minute wait (even though the dining room didn’t have many people at all) We asked to see the manager because it just didn’t seem right. Ricky (I think) came up and we talked to him. He explained the kitchen was backed up but he was going to make it right. He went ahead and sat us. They got us our drinks and some biscuits to munch on. The manager came out and offered to bring us a couple of appetizers while the kitchen got caught up. He went over and beyond to make our experience for our Father’s Day amazing and I’m so grateful! The server was excellent as well (I don’t remember her name unfortunately) and the food came out perfectly! This was a perfect example of excellent customer service and going over and beyond!“

“I ordered for the first time today 3 chicken fingers ans fries at 12:14pm. By 12:34 pm I was still asking for the meal amd was finally told the chicken fingers needed to be floured! Finally at 12:40 or so they finally came. The cashier was upset because I asked a few times about them and so did she. 8 minutes to fry took almost and entire hour of a lunch break! I wanted to cancel but Im hungry..once I got them, they were hot and really good. no more chicken fingers for me-maybe the okra has shorter cook time!“

“We ate lunch here on 7/2/25. I have always been very pleased but yesterday we had very little to NO service. The hostess took our drink order and brought out right away. The waitress came without much delay. Our food came in a reasonable time. Then the waitress never came back. She walked by one time and my drink was very low. She looked and kept going. Never saw her again. Had to get the attention of someone else and hostess again brought my refill of drink. Another person brought check after we asked for it and took payment. I feel at the price you charge for a drink, I deserve at least one refill. Not happy at all.“

“This place is amazing if you are trying to have a peaceful lunch, finish business, and have a decent meal. The new remodel has been a wonderful change. The staff are friendly and always attentive and generally remember my order when I walk in!
