“There's literally a McDonald's directly across the street from my house. This location is about 4 miles away, but I still drive to it because the staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Service is fast, but it's really the friendly managers and staff that seals it for me. Too many fast food employees get short with folks due to stress, but I've never experienced that here. A+“
“Told us they heard the order and pull around, then had no idea what we ordered. They were understaffed and overwhelmed, wound up giving us some other random food, likely someone behind us and said it's worth more than we ordered (yes they charged us for our order) got less food than we ordered. I for one welcome the AI burger making robot overlords.“
“Came thru drive-thru for a quick dinner for the grandkids. Staff were friendly, food was hot, service was fast, & all items ordered were available! There was a mistake made on the order, but it was corrected immediately, & with apologies offered. Couldn't ask for anything better!“
