Everytime I come here it's usually during the evening because I work morning shifts just for some context. everytime I go to this location they find some way to screw up the food. I spend extra to get extra and somehow I get less!!!! I ordered a 5 piece lemon pepper tenders with extra fries... all of that comes out to about 12$ when I get there and receive my order, I dont have lemon pepper tenders.... I don't have extra fries in fact I got less fries than my girlfriend did in...read full review
Ordered through the app on my phone and picked it up at the drive thru. I paid for the large size order and the fries looked like a regular portion, my toast was burned on one side and my large regular coke was large Cherry Coke. This was not my normal Zaxby’s experience but they need to get it together.
Food was fresh and came out fast, tyrek was great and very friendly and helpful !

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed reviews. Some customers had a great experience with pleasant service and delicious food, including chicken strips and egg rolls. The staff is sometimes friendly, but other times they seem to not care. Food quality has improved over time, with fresh and well-seasoned options like fries. However, some customers have had issues with orders, such as missing items like cole slaw. The restaurant's management is understanding and accommodating, making it a great place to work. Overall, the experience can vary, but the food is often good once received.
