Zaxby's NA is run by idiots, or complete incompetents. Ordered a chicken finger plate rolled in tongue torch. Get my to go order and get home to find it has not been rolled in anything but given a tongue torch dip pack and no ranch. No utensils to eat with, no napkins. The drink machine didn't work. used to love Zaxby's but will not be returning as every single visit now they screw the order up. Not worth the stress and trouble.
so I am not usually one to make a negative comment about a business but on May 16th I pulled in the drive at 9:50 PM and yes they close at 10 PM howevere there were 3 cars in line already well after sitting in line until 9:56 when I finally made it to the order screen the girl very rudely said we closed the gentleman who was in line ahead of me had been waiting in line since 9:45 and was also told very rudely they were closed. First, let me say that we have been to Zaxbys in N. Augusta several times and have never had the disappointing experience we had this past Sunday, mid afternoon after the noon rush. First, the cashier had little to no personality. When we went to fill our beverages the counters were so sticky you couldn’t set your drink down to get your other essentials.
