McDonald's in North Charleston

“My experience this morning was phenomenal.. I ordered breakfast online and they didn't get my order 5 minutes after lunch had started.. the young man was nice enough to make us breakfast anyway.. I have to admit it was the best steak egg and cheese McMuffin I've ever had.. thank you...“

“I come here occasionally in the mornings and every time I've been the ladies working the drive through are always super sweet and in a good mood! Food is always hot and what I ordered. I think it all depends on the time of day you come, but the people working in the mornings have always been great!“

“I was served by Tamika (sorry if misspelt) in the drive through and i really appreciated when she asked for my receipt to check if the order was correct. her smile and attitude and attention to detail is what’s needed to get happy customers like me.“

“The young lady that works the drive-through usually by herself is amazing. She’s moving fast, but always has kind words and a smile on her face. Unfortunately, that area has become pretty bad. it can get dangerous when you have people walking up to your car in the drive-through knocking on your car window, begging for money. Something needs to be done about that that’s dangerous witnessed one lady walked between the car and ordering screen.“

“This McDonald's isn't in the greatest neighborhood. The location is frequently handling high volumes of customers inside and in drive-thru. There's also a fairly large population of homeless near the location. Given these factors, one might expect phone-it-in management and surly staff, but I've always been welcomed coming in the door, the managers and staff are friendly with regulars and professional(ish) with all customers, and I've never been made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone by placing my order. My order has always been right. The daytime managers and staff seem to mesh and not to hate their jobs. It's still a McDonald's. They're not threatening Chick-fil-A for their spot as friendliest fast food workers, but it exceeded my expectations.“

“The lady who took our order was amazing. She was exhausted because it was almost midnight.
But she took the time to talk to my wife and I, and she was such a sweetheart.
The food was ok, it's a McDonald's.
But that lady was very nice and polite“
