Despite my reassurance that there was no rush on my end, he generously provided pastries to enjoy while patiently waiting for my dish to be ready. “Just moved here from Cincinnati, Ohio, and this was my first time checking the place out. Honestly, they do service the right way here. The bartenders and the owner have such great personalities, I felt comfortable right away. I tried the Negroni and wow—it was one of the most well-balanced ones I’ve ever had. Crazy thing is, it was on draft, but it tasted like it was made hand-to-hand. Easily the best Negroni I’ve ever had.

I didn’t eat food this time, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing—pumping out beautiful dishes nonstop. Definitely feels like a safe space, and they sold me on the very first visit. Can’t wait to come back!“

Walking in, you feel the warm welcomed atmosphere, friendly greetings, and swift service. I sat at the bar and had a nice meal. The food was very good. I almost ordered another meal immediately! Bartender was very nice, and made sure to check in periodically. I think this is a great gem to check out, if you are visiting from out of town. 5/5 no doubt about it.“

“I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Firefly Distillery, and though it started with a bit of a hiccup due to a scheduling miscommunication with our tasting appointment, it quickly turned into an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible team on-site.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that our scheduled tasting had ended earlier than expected. However, Ms. Corday B. and Ms. Trisha N. immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to turn the situation around. They were extremely apologetic and genuinely concerned, taking the time to give us a private tasting experience that completely blew us away. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were phenomenal—they truly embody top-tier guest service.

A special shoutout also goes to Bartender Gregg, who made our visit even more memorable. He was kind, funny, and exceptionally professional. We even tried to tip him for his outstanding service, but he respectfully declined, saying he just wanted to ensure my birthday was perfect. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the integrity and hospitality of the Firefly team.
