Not only did he offer alternative menu options to expedite my meal, but he also went above and beyond by ensuring I was comfortable during the brief wait. Despite my reassurance that there was no rush on my end, he generously provided pastries to enjoy while patiently waiting for my dish to be ready. It's rare to encounter such transparency and genuine concern for customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The Junction Kitchen exemplifies what true hospitality means, setting a standard that many others could learn from. As for the meal itself, it surpassed expectations. “Phenomenal service!! We were in town for a dance competition and came as a very large group ( roughly 25 counting the kids). The staff handled it like rockstars! I fully anticipated us overwhelming the kitchen and having a little bit of a wait. Boy was I wrong. Some of our families were getting their food by the time our last group was placing their order. I ordered the 3005 Burger, and y’all… I was not prepared. This wasn’t just a burger. This was an experience. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned beef stacked with all the right fixings—it was messy in the best way and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was a harmony of smoky, savory, and slightly sweet bliss. But what really put this meal over the top was the mastermind behind the grill—Wax. Whoever this wizard is, give him a raise, a trophy, and maybe his own Food Network show. You could tell this burger was made with love, intention, and serious culinary skill. We came for a celebration, but we left talking about that burger. Honestly, if you’re in Charleston and don’t stop by Rusty Bull Brewing for the 3005 Burger, you’re doing it wrong. Wax, you earned a fan for life.“

“Okay honest review time---(4.8 stars out of 5- but we can't do partial stars) I got the garlic parmesan wings and fries with the pineapple lemonade. The lemonade by itself is 10 stars, nice and sweet and refreshing!! The wings were great too, super flavor packed and crunchy!! The fries were the only real food complaint, cooked really well but no seasoning, not even salt. They tasted okay but I ended up dipping them in the garlic sauce to make them taste better. They also threw in a plantain and it was good too! Atmosphere is effected bc its a food truck but the lady in the truck was friendly and so polite!! Definitely recommend this place, so good!!“

“I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Firefly Distillery, and though it started with a bit of a hiccup due to a scheduling miscommunication with our tasting appointment, it quickly turned into an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible team on-site.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that our scheduled tasting had ended earlier than expected. However, Ms. Corday B. and Ms. Trisha N. immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to turn the situation around. They were extremely apologetic and genuinely concerned, taking the time to give us a private tasting experience that completely blew us away. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were phenomenal—they truly embody top-tier guest service.

A special shoutout also goes to Bartender Gregg, who made our visit even more memorable. He was kind, funny, and exceptionally professional. We even tried to tip him for his outstanding service, but he respectfully declined, saying he just wanted to ensure my birthday was perfect. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the integrity and hospitality of the Firefly team.
