“Sunny and Pierre are absolutely amazing. They are short staffed so kind still had a smile on their face and created amazing Sandwiches. They didn’t complain like most people would in their situation. They were backed up and just the kindest. I helped open the store back in the day- honestly, if I had had them on my team, I would have stayed. I’m not even remotely kidding when I say they deserve a raise I know people say that a lot, but as a manager and food and beverage, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. You’re so lucky to have them.“

“This was my first time eating Firehouse Subs and also using their rewards app. The experience was very easy and fast. Someone in my party was also ordering a sub in person as part of the May 6th Mike's Steak and Cheese Melt promotion, their experience was just as friendly. Both orders were delivered accurately. “My wife and I come here regularly, and we’re always impressed by how kind, patient, and accommodating the staff are. My wife has celiac disease, so taking extra precautions is incredibly important. The staff are always careful to clean the counter and take the necessary steps to help keep her safe, and they do so without ever making us feel like we’re an inconvenience.

Dylan, in particular, has always been wonderful to us. He’s there most of the time we visit, and his kindness and understanding never go unnoticed.

Living with celiac disease can make eating out stressful, so finding a place that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to accommodate those needs means more than words can express. I'm usually charged only .75 cent at my regular subway I always go to every week. I eat subways at least once a week down below my house exit 19 location.I normally order just a 6' inch on white/Italian sub bread with turkey,bacon, prov, toasted and my veggie toppings. I also will add a fountain drink and my total is only under $8...I think the prices are a little too high at this location. I don't want to give a bad review for this location. The employee was very sweet and gave us good customer service.“
