I recently visited and requested light salt on my order. Caitlyn informed me, “It’s all or nothing,” but then called in over the walkie to say “no salt.” This came across as dismissive and not customer-focused, especially given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for exceptional service.
I typically choose Chick-fil-A because of both the food and the outstanding customer care, but this experience fell short of those standards.
Quality has went way down as prices have gone way up!!
There wasn’t an option to choose so I selected poor presentation. I just want to say don’t get hurt here, they won’t help you and they won’t pay your doctor bills. I fell and broke my wrist 2 years ago. They sent me to MD 360, they must work together because after X-rays the doctor said it’s only a sprain. I knew better, i couldn’t use my hand at all & I couldn’t go to work. I went to easley hospital and they said it was clearly broken. Chic-fil-a still hasn’t...read full review
