Restaurantji presents Prosperity's standout Mexican dining destinations.
“We are so thrilled to find this wonderful restaurant in Prosperity, SC. The owner is so gracious, always welcoming us and all patrons, and the staff is wonderful. This is not "chain-food Mexican." The ingredients are fresh, and the seafood is delicious. They have a constant carry-out that speaks of their reputation. Every meal we have tried has been exceptional. The portions are so generous that we usually take a box home. The rice is very fluffy and has a great flavor! The chips they bring out immediately are warm and the salsa tasty.“
“El Sorullo was a little out of our way but so glad we stopped. Service was wonderful...warm & kind. The food came out quickly. We tried about five different things and everything (including chips, beans & rice) was delicious. If we lived locally, we'd be regulars here.“
“Good, authentic Mexican fast food at a reasonable price. Only $8 for a large steak burrito with sauces and sliced cucumber. Normally less than a 10 minute wait. The people are always very nice too !Parking: They have a food truck that sets up in the Tractor Supply parking lot so it is very easy access.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is wide open, so it is easy to approach and place your order from your wheelchair. The staff is very efficient and friendly should you have any questions.“
“Went in on a slow Sunday afternoon. The food was great. The service was exceptional. The server, Neyda, really helped us with finding something that our kids could eat. The prices were slightly higher than some surrounding places. Portion sizes were also larger, so that evens out.Kid-friendliness: Helped us order plain street corn for a little one. The prices on kid's menu - $7.95, seem higher than other restaurants.“
“Great tasting food and superb service !!Also a wonderful plentiful SALSA BAR !We really like the Tres Amigos and the Texas Fajitas!!The owner is very friendly and is constantly walking around to ensure everything is wonderful !You won't be disappointed but if for an unknown reason you are, just tell him, he will not be offended but will be grateful and do everything he can to satisfy you.Wheelchair accessibility: Great concrete ramp“
“Everyone is friendly. Some were a bit shy.So cute!?Parking: Parking lot is a bit small, always close to being full on Sundays. Parking is slightly better on Week days.To find a nearly full parking lot of any restueants shows that the place has good food n service!??“
“The food is always pretty decent to me. The service and atmosphere on the other hand needs alot of improvement. Especially the folks taking orders at the drive thru. Not to mention, place the order for one freeze and didn't mention the machine was down, go to tell her the next one and bam all of a sudden the machine isn't working today. Ok I get it, been doing fastfood/retail my entire life, machines mess up, but tell me up front.“
“My family and I came here on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The salsa and chips were fresh and you could taste a hint of lime. We each ordered something different and each meal was devoured. I had the fish tacos, tortilla was thin and lightly grilled, the fish beautifully seasoned and served with fresh onions, cilantro, and limes. Robbie had the Chili Verde which was pulled pork in a tomatillo salsa served with rice and beans. Chicken was moist in the burrito and the quesadilla, the food was hot and the beers cold. Inside seating is large and spacious and the deck is a great place to hang out and watch the water. We definitely will be coming back!Vegetarian options: Like most American places they can make anything vegetarian by substituting grilled veggies and/or beans & cheese.Parking: Plenty of parking on all sides of the restaurantKid-friendliness: Lots of children inside and out having fun and able to be loud and not disturb anyone.“
