“We love eating at Harvest Moon on our way to Edisto Beach! The home cooked food is always great! Everyone that works at Harvest Moon is always friendly and eager to please! Tonight our waitress was Hayley, and she was great! She was friendly, attentive, and personable! It was so nice to have a pleasant dining experience with such good food and wonderful service. We will be back soon!”

“Something about a Hardee’s burger! There aren’t any near where we live. We were starving and on our way from the airport to Hilton Head and stopped here. They were as sweet as their tea to us and answered our million questions about what was on the burgers and other menu items. The burgers were thick, juicy and well cooked. That lemonade is not to be missed! Just the right amount of sour to sweet.”

“Tonight was the first time we ordered from Hollywood Pizza. The staff was super friendly and the little girl helping out was so cute. She was making sure everyone had what they needed. The pizza was absolutely Amazing ? thin crust pepperoni with mushrooms loaded on top. We will definitely go back.”

“Well, after 25 years of visiting the Tomato Shed on a regular basis, you've finally done it. You made a meal that I didn't like. My mother in law (from Michigan) insists on going to the Tomato Shed every time they visit Charleston, which we are always happy to accommodate. This visit, I had the meatloaf. It was well prepared, others at our table thought it was great. I just didn't care for it. No, there was nothing wrong with it. Yes, it looked wonderful, and smelled amazing. I have no valid complaint about it. I just didn't care for it.

So, why am I writing this review? Because it is the first time since moving back home that I didn't absolutely love everything I've had there. Such a rarity needs to be remarked upon.

Our server was awesome (I didn't remember his name, but he was cheerful and fun), the ambience was very pleasant, as always, and the whole experience was excellent. But, for the first time ever, the Tomato Shed was not *perfect*.

“This is an amazing restaurant! The atmosphere and service is top notch and the chef is amazing. We had the pimento chitin start followed by the fried chicken with cheese Mac and collard greens and finished it off with banana pudding. Simple dishes but to prepare them correctly takes great talent, to prepare them the way they did takes great talent. My compliments to the chef!!!”

“Ordered take out by phone. Easy to find from our Vrbo rental. Food was ready when we got there. Short drive home and food was still hot. We ordered Egg Foo Young, rice with chicken and Beef and Vegetables. Everything was very tasty. Rice was slightly bland and could have had more flavour but still very edible. The beef was very tender and the sauce was just spicy enough. Overall a good meal and would order again.”

“I stopped in after the lunch rush at around 2. There was no one at the front desk and no one at the bar. In fact there was no one anywhere. I stood there quite awhile before anyone sat me. Once I was seated everything was great. Honestly I do not know how they fry their shrimp so perfectly every single time. Fresh, local fried shrimp. I’ve not had better anywhere.”

“This Has’s to be one of my favorite Chinese food spots their food is amazing and it is also very close to where I live so I don’t have to go all the way up the road they’re communication on Fleek 👌🏾 and always has something nice to say they’re never rude or disrespectful and they handle your food with care. This is why I love this restaurant so much their food is magnificent and I give it an 1000 out of 10 because that’s how good it is 100% recommend.”
