You gotta give guests water immediately after they are seated. The captain can do this. It's pretty hot in August, so the guests will notice this. Easy thing to fix.
On the plus side, we were at the Dunlin for a special occasion and Linette's recognized it. That was awesome.

Amazing meal, amazing service and a beautiful atmosphere. A must see if you are on Kiawah!
