“Visited this location at the peak of their lunch rush and it took longer than usual to receive our food. We were content waiting but Ms. Bessy in the lobby made the wait even easier with her sweet servants heart. She addressed us multiple times offering refills. I noticed her also helping multi people throw away trash, get seated with their young kids, and hold the door that continued to open. She came back to us and offered to bring our youngest son a place mat, even secured it to the table for him and then offered to see how much longer our food had. Like I said, we had no issues waiting because we understand the rush of chic fil a, but I couldn’t help but notice the initiative she had to make every guest, coming or going, feel welcome. She is such a blessing to your restaurant and I hope she receives credit for going out of the way to make our experience during a lunch rush not so bad. Thank you Ms. Bessy!“
“Unlike Harriet Welsch I enjoyed my food and experience quite well. Now I did not catch the name of who took my order so for the sake of simplicity I will use the name Dwayne. Dwayne was a great server. Her service was certainly up to par. I love how she did everything in accordance with company and rules and policies. I understand you cant bend any rules for me as then you would have to bend the rules for everyone else. Dwayne was wonderful and polite in all aspects and I highly recommend her.
