“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“

“I usually love this Zaxbys and I come here for lunch a lot. Their chicken is crispy and their sauce is so tasty! Their toast is so well seasoned and delicious. However, my sister tried their new shrimp and they gave her food poisoning. Had to go to the Emergency Room. I think Zaxbys should stick to their chicken. Love their chicken and cole slaw, be aware of the shrimp.

Parking: There are a bunch of parking spots but getting into them can be tricky during high service times. Due to their drive thru going into traffic sometimes, it makes it difficult to get into the parking lot“

“It's been a very long time since I've been able to enjoy KFC, I live in Seneca SC I quit going to that establishment. It was always stale cold chicken. Everything from here was fresh I ordered at 7pm. I decided to give this one a try. We weren't disappointed. Kudos to the staff. Thank you!“

“Although service was slow because they are very short-handed, the food was excellent and exactly what we ordered. The people working did their best and remained cheerful and pleasant. Definitely worth waiting for if you are a Zaxby's fan“

“Wow is an understatement. Best chicken sandwhichs hands down. Cheesy fries and mac n cheese the options were endless. However, I found a problem. my husband will be requesting this again and we live 30 minutes away. So I will take this does a win because he is so picky! Spicy chicken for the win!“

“This place got me through tons of cravings over these last few months. The service and staff are wonderful, and the drive through experience is quick and painless. Unfortunately I think they might be officially out of the old waffle fries and have switched over to the reformulated waffle fries that have a starchy texture to them despite the nice crisp that the reform was trying to accomplish. It’s a noticeable enough difference that my cravings are completely gone now 😬“

“Came here for some hot chicken, have been to the original princes in Nashville and wanted to compare. The wife got the medium tenders and I got the xhot chicken sandwich. Chicken was fresh, with the perfect amount of breading. The wife said the medium wasn't as hot as she was hoping. The xhot was more of a hot for me, I'll definitely do the xxhot next time. Love this place, perfect outdoor seating for dogs. The only thing I don't care for is that it's a little expensive because is downtown Greenville. Will go back again, still reccomend. Just don't expect it to be affordable.“
