“I always get a Grande Iced Caramel Maciato with an extra shot of Expresso and Cold Foam on my way to work. I have about 15 m left on my journey and it's gone by then! Lol They make the best drinks and the barista that works the window is SUPER nice, he always makes my day! 8:30AM.“
“I go here daily before work. So much so that several staff know me just by my voice on the speaker. I always get my coffee warm, but this whole past week it's been scolding hot like it's burnt like you can't even taste the flavor of the coffee thats why I get warm. It's like I'm drinking dirty hot water all the flavor is just burnt out. 😫😕 idk if it's new staff and they aren't making it warm like i request obviously or what 😓“
“Starbucks on Fairview Road in Simpsonville is a well managed Starbucks location that is fast and efficient and provides quality customer service. They keep the line moving and make sure that your order is ready when you need it and are on the move. The staff here is very personable and accommodating to make sure that you are taken care of get everything you need. This is a dependable Starbucks.“
“We had a long wait between appointments, so we decided to visit Starbucks. It is the largest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The coffee and cookie was better than remember. We dropped a cookie and a counter person noticed; she picked up the half, and replaced it with one and a half, free, to make up for it. Very generous and friendly staff.“
“Not a criticism, just a comment. Not sure why but the coffee at this Starbucks seems to be much stronger than at other locations, like Fairview Rd and Main St. Being just a mile from my house, I wish it wasn't. I'd probably go more often. I just don't care for it being that strong. On the plus side, the service at the drive-through is always great, and the folks I encounter there are friendly and polite.“
