“On this visit I had to get sandwiched for the whole family. The ladies and one gentlemen were friendly from when I walked in the door. After I gave my order they worked as a team, talking to one another and myself to complete my order. And they all finished with have a great day and come back.“

“My favorite location. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time I come here. As a family we order normally twice a month. The food is perfect. This location is clean. I love the way they treat my kids and just how kind they are. We will continue to come to this location. Customer service is top notch. Keep being amazing and thank you for not only the food but just being so kind!“

“Food was fresh tasting. Generous portion . Young people working inside that are a little less than ready to help you. I was the only one there, and it took 5 people forever to get started on my order . Hopefully that's an isolated issue because the food is really good.

“I was in the hospital this past week and most know hospital food is terrible. So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. I totally appreciated that and will continue doing business with them. Thank you.“

“This place has all other sub joints on the ropes. Amazing service, friendly staff and astoundingly good food. The open seating arrangement was conducive to meeting new people and I had a nice chat with a fellow veteran and his family while me and mine ate. I'm definitely going back for more soon!“

“I just had the most amazing service from the two ladies working today. Their customer service was top tier, warm, friendly and welcoming. “I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.“
