So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. I totally appreciated that and will continue doing business with them. Thank you.“

“That young woman who is the manager is just the BEST IN THE WORLD. She did everything by herself like a rockstar. When there should have been others in there helping her instead of being at home. This owner of this place should step back right beside her and tell his/her employees this is what makes OUR company. Without this young manager doing her job and doing it right I think it would have been closed. There is alot of things going on in the world right now and people we need to work with each other not against each other. “I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.“
