Placed an online order and have been waiting almost an hour for it to be ready. Currently sitting in the crowed waiting area where I’ve been told for 40 minutes that they’re waiting on the boneless wings from my order while they’ve consistently told other customers that they’re out. This is the most unprofessional crew I have ever encountered. No one giving any answer other than 30 more minutes on ANY order that’s been placed. We placed an order to go, we got home and part of our order was not in the bag. We live in Inman, SC, the wing stop was on Blackstock Rd. in Spartanburg. I asked if I could just get a refund for the item, their response was you’ll have to come back up here.
Spartanburg location. I was unable to order our food online, so I called in our order. For 10 people!!! I sat on hold for25 mins and decided to just drive to the location to place my order. I never hung up the phone. I walk into the location to find it almost empty of customers. The staff were laughing and having a good ole time, which doesn’t bother me.
