I would like to commend both Audrey and Evan on their superb customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to correct MY mistake of placing a mobile order at the wrong location. They were both extremely understanding and helpful, it was certainly not their issue to deal with, but I appreciated their kindness beyond words…and as always the food was delicious!! We need more people like this in the workforce these days.
My order was not prepared properly and the nice manager (Alicia ) corrected it with a smile and understanding.
Numerous visit. Dine in and take out. Staff always very polite and friendly. Food is prepared well and not over priced. Cedar Springs location
