“I don’t always walk into a sports pub planning to stay for one game and leave after three, but when I do, it’s because a place like this got everything right.
From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this wasn't just another restaurant with a few televisions hanging on the wall pretending to be a sports bar.
This is the kind of place where the food matters, the drinks are cold, the staff knows your name after a couple visits, and every big play somehow feels bigger when you're watching it surrounded by other fans.
The atmosphere hits the sweet spot. Family-friendly enough to bring the kids for dinner, lively enough to meet friends for the game, and comfortable enough that nobody is checking their watch wondering when it's time to leave.
The menu is loaded with crowd-pleasers, but what impressed me most was the consistency. Every plate coming out of the kitchen looked like something you'd be happy to steal a bite of from the next table. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and nobody left hungry.
Parking was easy. Service was attentive. The restaurant was clean. The televisions were positioned perfectly throughout the building, meaning there really isn't a bad seat in the house.
As a husband and father, I've learned that finding a place everyone agrees on is harder than it should be. One person wants burgers. Another wants wings. Someone wants a salad. Somebody else wants to watch the game.
This place solves all of those problems at once.
The real magic, though, is the atmosphere. By the end of the meal, you realize you're not sitting in a restaurant.
You're sitting in the community's living room.
The place where birthdays are celebrated, victories are cheered, friendships are built, and Monday somehow becomes a little more interesting.
I came in expecting good food and a game on TV.
I left understanding why the parking lot stays full.
Some restaurants serve meals. The best ones become traditions. This is one of them.

“To say we highly recommend dining at Myrtle Beach’s Landshark Bar & Grill (next to the Sky Wheel) is an understatement. As parents of a child with severe allergies, our dining out experiences are truly limited, not just in food selections but with having places outright say they won’t serve us. Prior to visiting, the Manager Cole spent over half an hour on the phone going over the menu with me, indicating what was safe and what COULD be MADE to be safe. Upon arriving, Cole, with the help of Lyra our awesome server, took control of the scenario and personally made sure everything was done as he promised it would be. For the first time in his life, our son was able to sit down, order off the same menu as everyone else, and thoroughly enjoy eating everything HE got to choose. It was a moment that brought tears to quite a few of us. The food was truly delicious, and the service was incredible. I will forever be grateful for Cole’s help, and for the amazing experience he and his staff were able to give our family. Next time we are in Myrtle Beach, Landshark will definitely be our go to!!“

“Good food, good beer, huge space and ample seating indoor and outdoor. Parking is mostly street parking, but there was plenty on a Friday night. Broad beer selection from IPA to malty ale to sours. Food was tasty, and suited 13-to-50 year old well.“

“The food is fantastic! KUDOS to my favorite chef, Nick Marshall! The atmosphere is relaxing and fun…live music is great! The staff is very friendly and personable! I would highly recommend establishing Neal’s as a regular hang out! What an awesome addition to our small, quaint local community in Murrells Inlet.“

“We were there during the bike rally. Took a few mins to order and it was cool inside which was great to take a break from the heat. They have a very limited menu but the food was good. It is fun walking around outside and looking at the beautiful bikes and all the goods offered by the vendors. The band was good and the beer was cold. Gonna try to be there every year. Love their night life!“

“I discovered Buckets a few years ago on a trip with friends. The impression was enough to make it a point to visit multiple times during my visits to the Golden Mile. The owners are great people who really know how to treat their guests. Coleman and Kate have created an incredible beachfront space that you HAVE to put on your itinerary.
The food is always delicious, priced well, and is sure to satisfy! The drinks are expertly crafted and they even offer specials.

“I have been searching for THE BEST burger in Myrtle Beach, and I have found it!!! Hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST BURGER I have ever had!!!! Go get one!!! About half a dozen to choose from (I had the Southwest Burger) all made “smashburger” style. OH MY GOD!!!!! 🍔“

The management team of Eric and Julian are always on point, on top of things and keep this place running perfectly. The bartender team highlighted by Carmen and Rock are always smiling, helpful, very fast and make the best drinks!!! The servers, to many to name are always running to provide quick, cheerful and competent service. Everyone here is always eager and capable to please. The sliders and tenders are simple but satisfying, and the signature “Tochi sauce” adds a good extra layer of flavor. Smash burgers are one of the best one. I will definitely gonna come back“

“Great cocktails while we waited to check into our condo. I had a rum punch and my daughter had a blue Hawaiian. They have a good menu for pool side eats as well. And if you’re interested in a alcohol free drink they offer that too. Delicious smoothie and milkshake options as well.

“We got to the airport WAYYYYYY ahead of time. Loved the people and the service here. The manager Anke opened up a table for us while they started to set up and wait for their staff. We were able to sit at a table and start off with some coffee and my husband got some work done on his computer while we waited for our flight. ✈️

“I absolutely recommend Magoo's, I love the atmosphere -its very laid back and just a great place to stop not only on weekends, but after work and love going out to eat here and the food is AMAZING & QUICK!! The huge difference between Magoo's and all the others around is the staff and food and again the atmosphere (Chicken wings of any kind you could possibly dream of -yes, even those sweetest dreams!! ❤️ ❤️ I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE -ANYDAY OF THE WEEK- If you doubt any of this, please stop by there and spend 5mins and grab some food. you won't be sorry!!! “Yall gather round and let me paint a picture for you.
Two guys in town for a work trip wander downstairs and into a resort bar at the breakers. Not expecting much more than a bored retiree looking for something to do, WRONG! You're met with Jackie. Jackie is THE BEST. She made that bar feel like there was 300 people having a good time, meanwhile it was a slow Sunday evening and just a hand full of stragglers finishing off the last few fries left on their plates. Jackie didn't care, she welcomed everyone in with a smile and a gesture that just made you know it was going to be a night to remember. Thank you honey, you truly made mine and Kass' first night of vacation, I mean work trip memorable. Can't wait until our next trip❤️

“I can’t understand why there would be any negative reviews. We just left there not even 5 minutes ago and I had to get on here and give praise where it’s due. Marc was our server and was great. Chips, fries, strawberry daiquiris, Philly and Cuban sandwich ALL AMAZING. Best Philly I’ve ever had. Only thing I’m disappointed about is that I didn’t give this place a try sooner, because we leave tomorrow 😭 10+ stars ⭐️“

“100% recommend Scoobys! My family has been vacationing all week at Grand Atlantic and we have been down at Scoobys several times a day. The food, the drinks the treats are all amazing. The staff is even better ♥️ May even come back to this resort just for Scoobys.“
