“Been to Pizza Hyena many times and it never disappoints. Rachel sat out large party right away and took great care of us. Wings were on point and everyone was happy with their meals. I had the Pinch Me Greek pizza which was very tasty. Recommend getting it with the lamb gyro topping. Pizza Hyena is a must stop every time I’m visiting Surfside Beach.“
“What is not to love about this place! I stopped in for a quick bite while passing through town but ended up staying because the conversations with patrons and the bartender were just that fun. It was a long day of traveling, and while I wanted to order the entire menu, Matt the bartender pointed me to some of his favorite items. I am so glad I took his recommendations because the Piggy Tacos and Mac and Cheese were incredible! Matt made me feel right at home and like I had known him for years! I am so glad I found Gracious Pig Smokehouse that evening as both the food/cocktails and the service were unmatched.“
“As someone who loves starbucks, I came to this place on vacation and stuck with it while there are multiple starbucks around. Smoothest coldbrew and great flavors. Super helpful baristas, they helped decide what to get and even made suggestions. Bakin me crazy bagel was also phenomenal.“

“Did a random stop at this place for some coffee and to do some work. The bartender Chris was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up ordering breakfast and since the atmosphere was great we stayed and had lunch and a flight of beers. We loved how dog friendly they are. Great place and highly recommended.“

“Went for a drink and appetizers. The bartender was adorable. She was a sister in law I think of the owner. I had wings with a Thai sauce amazing. My husband enjoyed his appetizers, too. “We lived in MI from 2018-2020 and, at the time there were very few breweries to chose from. Happy to see that has changed. We have now been to Southern Hops twice and it has been fantastic both times. Food is delicious, beer is excellent, and staff is friendly. We're hoping to move back soon and I can't wait to become "regulars" at Southern Hops. So happy they are there.“

Met a friend there the other day and had a late lunch while catching up on a few things.I got the cheeseburger ? and added chili, as you can see on the picture. What did I like about the burger? The fact that it wasn't a frozen, pre pattied run of the mill, massed produced burger.. INSTEAD, it was an in house, hand pattied burger! And if you are ANY type of foodie, you know the obvious difference. She's the kind of lady whose business you want to support.Fried shrimp are great. They are big boys, not little popcorn shrimp. The flounder is delicious. The grouper fingers could be made better with a spicier batter, but everything is fried in clean oil.A variety of sauces/dips are available. The roumelade is quite good.“
“Great Place!My wife and I prefer Myrtle and N. Myrtle during the offseason to avoid the huge crowds and traffic. We drove down to Grand Strand from N. Myrtle to try it out and had a great time. We showed up soon after they opened and there were just a handful of people there. By the time we left an hour later it was getting busy.The brewery itself is really nice and clean. The bartender was friendly and the bathroom was also clean. We got our beers and sat outside since the weather was perfect. It was a relaxing sit. I got a Water Hazard Gose and Fruited Airbrush Hazy IPA. My wife got one of the stouts and we bought a mixed four pack to take home. All of the beer we had was really good.I can imagine this place gets really crowded in the summer but if you don’t mind the crowds or stop by in the offseason then definitely check it out.“

“We are big Pizza fans! So far, MM has the best pizza we've found since moving to Murrells Inlet. We are originally from Detroit, so we love good fresh pizza. We've tried several specials and have built our own pizzas as well. All very very good. The wings are pretty good too. Love the drink specials. All prepared consistently and tasty. Service in the bar area is very good. However, service on the pizza side of the house is a little bit of a hit and miss. The server sometimes seems bothered to have to serve us.“

“Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and a bright, clean and charming atmosphere. The menu had a variety of options, from classic açaí bowls to unique combinations like a peanut butter bowl and a blue Spirulina bowl. It was clear that the ingredients used were fresh and high quality.You won’t find any better açaí bowls in pawleys island .This is the only shop who doesn’t use premade açaí base, everyone else uses frozen premade base. They blend the fruit and the açaí right in front of you, top it with freshly cut fruit and ingredients as you watch !Another standout was the customer service. The staff was attentive and helpful, making sure I had a great experience. They even offered suggestions for next time I visit! It doesn’t get any better than this!“

“Only place in Myrtle I will go for an açaí bowl, I’ve been a regular for roughly 2 years now and will continue to be until they close, IF that ever happens. I get the running bowl; the pictures look exactly like what you get and you get more toppings on one bowl than you would on three anywhere else. I’ve recommended multiple people here and they all continue to go any chance they get as well!“

They have a nice outside space over looking the beach but we opted to eat inside where you're treated with walls full of cool local art.Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful in suggesting popular sushi selections. We opted for the crunchy tuna roll and the tiger roll. Both were delicious , fresh and presented beautifully.The menu is not extensive but the items they have are fresh and delicious. Though we didn't have the burgers, both they and the fries looked really good and were a popular choice amongst the other patrons !Don't hesistate to try this place for quality food and a refreshing change from " beach food"!“

The scallops melted in your mouth like butter, haddock was perfectly flaky, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. “Just opened up at 62nd and 17 business in Myrtle Beach. Food is excellent. Elissa is a friendly attentive bartender. Sit down at the bar or grab a seat in the dining room. Turkey is very good. “This is a cute breakfast place that has some really delicious food. The kid’s menu is inclusive enough to settle most toddlers down in front of a plate and the adult menu has some great options. I had the shrimp, spinach and goat cheese, and as I write this, we are talking about going back there to eat today, so I’m excited to find something else that is tasty and amazing. The staff were super friendly too and the atmosphere is definitely beach breakfast, as you can eat and watch the waves at the same time. Definitely recommend!“

Portions were very generous and I had enough left over for lunch the next day. Those waffle fries were my favorite! I can only describe them as a perfect combo of my 2 favorite places to order fries from, Arby's curly fry meets Chick-fil-A's waffle fry! I will be craving those again really soon! “We visited here with a friend, who's a member, for our first Costco experience; it was quite amazing. First of all, we came mid-afternoon on a Thursday; and the place was as busy as any Walmart we've seen on a Fri/Sat evening. The place is an attraction in of itself; capitalism on steroids (and that's meant as a compliment). The selection of items is awe-inspiring. The $1.50 hotdog & drink at the end of the visit, was a fitting conclusion to the experience. (We also surprisingly had the best almond croissants we've had in Myrtle Beach, from their packaged bakery section; we'd join Costco just for those, if we had one near us back home.)“

A close-by parking garage charges $6 per hour!“

“Benjamin’s Bakery and Cafe is a staple in the Surfside Beach community. If you don’t mind delicious food and great hospitality, Benjamin’s Bakery is for you. I’ve been eating here for my entire life and there is no other place that I enjoy more to eat my bagels and pastries. One day the owner Lee, was kind enough to give me a tour of their hidden kitchen! I then understood where the bread orders that go to Gulfstream Café (the restaurant I work at) come from! Located right on 3rd Ave South and a block down from Surfside drive makes this the perfect place for a pre-beach breakfast run! I want to thank Lee for having the best hospitality around, and for recognizing the people who appreciate the bakery the most!“
