I waited over 5 minutes standing at the register. The cashier was having difficulties getting the cash register to work. The young lady from the drive through took my order, and I was inside the restaurant. I waited another 5 minutes for someone to take the money

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has both good and bad points. The food can be hot and fresh, and the BLT Sandwich is delicious. Some customers say the chicken is top tier. The service is sometimes good in the drive thru, with kind and uplifting workers. However, the food quality is not always the best. One Frisco breakfast burger combo had absolutely no flavor and the bread was burnt. Other orders have been missing items, like 6 biscuits with the 12 pc fried chicken. Customers are advised to double check their order before leaving. Despite the problems, some people drive 20 minutes to eat there because it is better than other locations.
