So this review is about customer service. Unfortunately I don't know the young lady's name but I have to say she was so kind and thoughtful. We had to wait a few minutes for our sandwiches and she brought out their version of a pup cup which is whipped cream to our girl Abby as you can see from the picture, they both enjoyed it ? I hope the restaurant sees this because to me yes food is important but customer service is huge always but especially so this day and age so thank you...read full review

We pass the Swansea SC Hardee's going to and from home to Lexington.We've stopped for breakfast, lunch, mid afternoon, etc.The food is always fresh and hot.Service is always pleasant.Very clean and well kept.

Absolutely an amazing job serving 2 bus load of scholars. On Tuesday, Jan 23, 2024 we visited Hardee’s of Swansea. Store closed at 9:00pm and we came rushing in at 8:50pm. The manager and crew were phenomenal at serving the wrestling teams expeditiously. All food was fresh with the correct orders given out. Cashiers did an awesome job assisting the manager during this last min rush. Way to go Hardee’s of Swansea, SC. We need more managers and crew like this in the restaurant...read full review
