Not only did they respond within the hour, when I got there, they came out multiple times and made me feel like a appreciation customer. They do tend to be very busy around dinner time so either go a little early or be prepared to wait for one of there first come first serve tables. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful each time we are there. The restaurant is always clean and they do clean off vacated tables quickly so tge next party can sit and eat. “My first time getting Toppers Pizza, a pizza chain out of Wisconsin. We picked up one of each crust type (hand tossed, thin and pan) to see what we liked best. The 3 topping Large for $9.99 is a pretty good deal that they have going right now.

We all agreed that the hand tossed was the best crust type. Pan was a little on the dense side, I honestly thought I was going to like that one the best.

Cheesebread was pretty good, but I like the dipping sauces from other chains better.

“Found this little Gem called Marcos Pizza in Rock Hill, with five kids we eat pizza all the time. We have eaten from every pizza place in this town never thought of anybody better than Papa John's but for the price just couldn't afford it anymore so we try Marcus Pizza fell in love. Now we eat here at least twice a week. All my kids want to work here. When we come in they treat us like family. A lot of times we eat in, and just watch them work. They have my business. Love the managers especially Doug. He always makes it his priority to talk to each customer and greet them. Hey dear, Hey Boss, Boss man, yes sir , yes ma'am. Wish more managers were like him.“

“I tried JV tonight. The aroma hits you as you’re walking in the door. It’s a very family-friendly place with games and a kid corner. Also very clean. We had a slight mixup with our order that I didn’t catch until I got home. I called the number on the receipt and they offered to remake the pizza, refund us, and let me know (via text) when it was done so I didn’t have to wait again. The taste would have been the reason I returned anyway, but the great customer service solidified it. I’m extremely picky and have been struggling to find a pizza place that I like out here since relocating.“

“I was about to give a 5 star review because 2 out of the employees were top tier. Right as I was about to give a raving review the female failed to keep exceptional service. I must say the employees that are working with the customers are doing a great job. I don’t know what happened when it was my turn to put my pizzas in the oven she slipped up. “I've had great and less than great experiences with Millstone. when they're on their game their salads are the best I've had anywhere and their pizzas are great and often wonderfully creative. it's been awhile since I've been there thanks to a move and a few less than great experiences in a row but we went over the weekend and I'm glad to see that they're service and quality is back to when we used to go all the time. “First time in and it’s nice and clean inside! Girl at the counter was super nice and helpful. They had a special for a free slice of pizza for kids under 12 for August! I got the bbq chicken 10in pie and my husband got the pepperoni calzone (which was huge)! The owner was super nice and treated us to a free order of Milano rolls! They accidentally forgot the pizza slice for our toddler, and they ended up giving him a free 10in instead. I can’t emphasize enough how kind and caring these people were! And the food is really well priced, only $10 each for both the calzone and the 10in pizza! Will definitely be coming again!!“

The people inside told us that the grapes or side salads were included with the dining plan, but the person outside told us that they weren't (they were nice about it, though). Overall the food was acceptable, albeit expensive.“

“New in the area. On Labor Day we were looking for good pizza. Our neighbors told us about Carmella's.
The bar side was sort of busy but the restaurant side was not. Our server, Chasity, was friendly and fun! She was also the bartender so very busy.
We sat on the shaded back patio because we had our little pooch with us. Chasity brought us a beer and took our order. Our pizza came out pretty quickly and it was amazing. It was hot and tasted terrific. Had another local beer. We could only finish half the pizza. Lunch will be great!
