“The staff are so nice and one gave me and my friends a free footlong cookie. It is pretty clean exept some of the tables but there were very few staff so it is 100% undertood

“Its always a pleasure to stop at any Canes . the chicken is always hot and fresh. the fries are cri kle cut and crispy!! the garlic butter bread is next level tasty! really butter and garlic powder slowly melted, brushed or dipped and slapped on the grill 🤤
the sauces are my favorite. they make the sauces fresh daily. coleslaw made fresh daily. Service is full of smiles and courtesy . dining room was clean and neat. bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
we will be back! We always enjoy any Raising Canes in any city we visit.“

“We had a coupon on the DQ app and it wasn't working at the register but the manager was very easy to work with and gave us the discount even though it wouldn't work on the app. I was thankful for the friendly staff! It made for a good experience ?“

“The food is not only delicious you get plenty of it. Fries a plenty and the burger was not thin and small like other fast food places. But what impressed me most of all was how the staff took time to make me feel appreciated. So helpful and unlike other fast food they made sure I had everything I wanted and had a nice conversation with my granddaughter.“

“Enjoying a fantastic burger at the Arby’s in Seneca. The manager gave me a free cookie and apologized for having to wait for my food. Honestly I didn’t think I had to wait very long. There is a McDonald’s across the street and if I received a cookie every time I had to wait a loooooong time there I would be on the cast of “My 600lb. Life”. I will definitely be coming here to eat more often.“

“I was craving a milkshake and im deathly allergic to strawberries. The guy at the counter did not hesitate to go and clean the machine and make me my shake. Very much appreciated!!!

“I wo t judge this one place on corporate set prices. But if I did they would be a negative number. Not even 0. But people pay it, so here we are. As far as specifically this place. I like them. They are nice and clean enough. Food is good. Also no idea why but they DO NOT HAVE MUSHROOMS AT THIS LOCATION EVER. They never have. 5 stars if the manager fixes that. It would outweigh the slight other issues. Again, if price based review, it would be a negative 50. But that is set by corporate as far as I know. So 4 stars is for things specific to this one. I love the oreo milk shake!“

“price for two trays & 2 drinks was $13. 10/10 it was getting close to 3am when they close so i guess they gave me the rest of their cheese bites and they were 10/10 the cheese pulled out of them like mozzarella sticks. the name for the cashier on our receipt said crystal so i hope it’s who served us at the window because she was 10/10 too. even complimented my sweater and my dog on my phone screen bc i paid with apple pay. everything was 10/10.“

“The WWE Combo was excellent, I had the Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries combo, and it was excellent. Two reasons for the 4 stars: they forgot my receipt, and they forgot the 2 sausage biscuits that I ordered. I paid $24.80 for those items, and never got those biscuits.
Please don't forget those three items in the future.“

“My kids love going to this CFA. The playground is clean and the food is always fresh. With so many places closing their indoor play area, I'm thankful this site has kept theirs open. Yes, I've had to wait while it was being cleaned, but it's worth it to know they are keeping it clean. Thanks for making this a place I can consistently bring my family.“

“I just need to say, I used to be a manager at a very high volume Taco Bell. I DoorDash in Clemson a few times a week and this crew is fantastic. I wish I knew names but I’ve yet to see a lazy person in this place. They get destroyed every night of the week and they are constantly pushing through, being disrespected by the customers that come through and treated generally poorly.

They treat each other with respect, they have constant communication with each other and the drivers. I have no idea what this particular crew is getting paid but it’s not enough. Say what you want about fast food jobs but they are not easy to deal with stress wise and this team pulls through every time. If this was my team I’d be making absolutely certain they felt appreciated and I truly hope that they do despite the general public behaving poorly. Well done, team. Keep that strength about you no matter where you go in life and never stop striving for more in this world.“

“A couple of weeks ago my husband went to the Clemson Arby’s and ordered two meals to go. Both meals were incorrect, fries were cold and unsweetened tea horrible. I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to said to come back anytime and they would make it right. Today I went back and although no record of me calling in was listed, the manager, Bryan, made it right. Thank you“

“Good experience, for as long as the line was food was made fairly fast. Tasty burger! Highly recommend the Brioche bun.

“They only had one rosemary parm left and we ordered two on DoorDash . They gave us a cookie and a sweet note saying they only had one rosemary loaf left, so the cookie was free. They even said sorry! As someone who works in food, I GET IT, and that was such a sweet note to receive. I hope you have a cold pillow every night and every light is green when you come to it.“
