“There was ONE worker last night doing ALL the following jobs: expediting, presenter, taking orders and taking payment! If McDonald’s wants to run on a skeleton crew and torture the only workers willing to deal with them, McDonald’s needs to pay her (which I unfortunately didn’t get her name) for each and every job she’s doing. Which is 4 jobs. So the minimum unlivable wage that McDonald’s tends to pay their employees times 4. And yes I will be calling corporate McDonald’s to file a complaint against the owner. And don’t even bother saying “I’m trying to hire people” because if you wanted to you would, especially if you paid a livable salary more people would be willing to apply.“
“After a long day of driving my family and I stopped at this location for a quick dinner. My mom wanted a coffee latte but the machine was down, no big deal she ordered a regular coffee. Right before we were about to leave, ANTONIO stopped us to let us know the machine was working again and that my mom could have the coffee on the house. Thank you for having such an amazing person in your team, his customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this place just because of him. Thank you Antonio. Keep up the great work.“
