“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “Just said to my wife, how about I run out to Anthony's for a Sicilian Pie at halftime. Her eyes lit up, Sicilian Pie it is. I can't think of anything that would be better than their Sicilian this afternoon at halftime. You can't go wrong!!! I have never been disappointed with their food. Garlic knots kick butt also! “This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. “In all transparency we have avoided ordering from here because of some reviews but decided to give them a try. Other than the long wait time 45min - 1 hour, the pizza was amazing! The lady working the cash register was very nice and apologized for the long wait times which was no big deal because she told me when I placed the order. The guys working on the pizzas were very nice and you could tell they were slammed with orders. The size of the pizza was incredible especially for the daily special price of $20 for a 20” with 2 toppings!! The crisp on the crust was absolutely perfect! The sauce and toppings were fresh and the taste was fantastic! I wish we had tried them earlier. If you had a bad experience here it may have just been a bad day because I’m not sure how they could have done any better than our experience. “The location in Spartanburg was so clean. The bathroom, tables and play area were also. The salad bar was full and clean. The pizza was hot and filling we had the personal pizza they are higher than other places but it was good. They have added a obstacle course for 12.00 the kids can play and jump as long as they want it is well worth the price. We went around 2 the kids had the run of the place it wasn't busy. It was so much fun and the staff are wonderful they answered all our questions and made sure the kids had a fun time. We will be going again this week. You will have a fun time at this location.“
