“Chips and Cheese is one of those places that just gets it right—every single time. The service is always friendly and fast, the food is ridiculously tasty, and they’ve got the coldest beer in town. I love that they always have music playing and a salsa bar that takes it to the next level. You even leave smelling like you’ve been somewhere worth it (in the best way). On top of all that? The prices are just as good as the food. Makes it even easier to keep this place in the regular rotation. Big thanks to the team—y’all crush it every time.“

Since the drive is far, the cost of gas, and increased food prices, hopefully our return won't be months from now lol. I would however, recommend some type of discount for "First Responders" , anything is always better than nothing for "Our" service. “Our first time here and it was definitely worth it. We did the Buffet and it included the drink and dessert , as much as you can eat. The price was worth it , not to expensive at all. “The inside is set up nice. Modern look inside. Had the meatball parm sub. The sauce was good the bread was good not what I expect from a Italian restaurant most use Italian bread for hot subs. The meatballs were the frozen ones so many places have switched to because of easiness or laziness. I haven't made my mind up on that one yet. I give the sub a 7.1“

“Our local Fuddruckers closed years ago so we were excited to see this place open. We were a party of 4 and everyone got burgers, fries and a drink. The food was good, it wasn't as good as it was when I was younger. The biggest appeal of Fuddruckers was freshly made hamburgers. However, in the current financial climate I don't think we could afford it if they were freshly made.

The patties tasted average (Hardee's burgers are better) but the bun was soft and the bacon crisp. I got regular fries, not the skinny ones, and they were the best thing there. Whatever seasoning they put on them was excellent. If you like a thicker, pillowy fry I recommend those. I could have made a meal off of them alone.

The intercom was loud and a little jarring but I understood the reason for it. If you're sensitive to spontaneous loud noises, this might be an issue as they call out when your order is ready.

Overall, I enjoyed it but I won't be seeking it out in the future.“

“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“
