“I would say that this is one of the best experiences I’ve had ordering at a fast food place.
I also work in food service, and I always try to be extra mindful of how I interact with other food service workers; being polite and respectful. So having a positive experience as a customer is always welcoming.
I ordered through their app and picked up the order in the drive thru. When I was ordering through the app, I had no issue, which I find is quite rare. I also appreciated that the app had an option to pay in person with cash or card, while also having the option to put info in through the app. I prefer to use the first option, when it’s available.
When I arrived at the drive thru, the staff immediately let me know that they were out of an item that I had ordered, and let me know of the substitutions I could make. Basically, all the interactions I had were polite and respectful, which is all I can really ask for. If I ever want Burger King again, I will definitely go to this location.“
“We ordered through the drive thru. At the place where you ordered told that all the items was not there but you could still order the meal. They are missing the drink, Mac and cheese balls and strawberry pie.
I ordered two SpongeBob whopper meal both came with medium fries, and drink. $13.49 per meal. They should have gave a discount because all the items was not available.
The sandwich was a salty and I only ate half of it. The fries was fresh out the grease. The Hershey pie was the star of the evening. I should ordered two instead of one. I would go by just for the pie.“
“Tonight my family and I stopped by to grab a quick dinner after a long day. To our surprise we were greeted by a kind and very polite young man named Devin. He was very patient with us as we struggled to figure out exactly what we wanted.
Our food was delicious and our kiddos were definitely satisfied!! This experience was beyond the best I have received since going here!! We definitely need more Devin's in alot more places. Thanks for the incredible experience!!“
