“I would say that this is one of the best experiences I’ve had ordering at a fast food place.
I also work in food service, and I always try to be extra mindful of how I interact with other food service workers; being polite and respectful. So having a positive experience as a customer is always welcoming.
I ordered through their app and picked up the order in the drive thru. When I was ordering through the app, I had no issue, which I find is quite rare. I also appreciated that the app had an option to pay in person with cash or card, while also having the option to put info in through the app. I prefer to use the first option, when it’s available.
When I arrived at the drive thru, the staff immediately let me know that they were out of an item that I had ordered, and let me know of the substitutions I could make. Basically, all the interactions I had were polite and respectful, which is all I can really ask for. If I ever want Burger King again, I will definitely go to this location.“
“Normally service is awful. Today we ordered over 30 burgers.Everything was correct and made quicker than expected. The reason? this staff.Please give Martha, Nicholas and Adam a raise. “Tonight my family and I stopped by to grab a quick dinner after a long day. To our surprise we were greeted by a kind and very polite young man named Devin. He was very patient with us as we struggled to figure out exactly what we wanted.
Our food was delicious and our kiddos were definitely satisfied!! This experience was beyond the best I have received since going here!! We definitely need more Devin's in alot more places. Thanks for the incredible experience!!“
