“My family and I visited this restaurant on our travels through the area, and we are so happy we did! The food was absolutely delicious!! We tried the chicken quesadilla, barbacoa torta, beef soup, and a variety of tacos. Everything was amazing. My son loved the soup so much that he drank every drop of the broth. Absolutely recommend this restaurant.“

“Tried this place out the other day and was very pleased. I got 4 tacos all different meats (Chorizo, Beef, Pollo, and Pastor.) and they were all really good and super flavorful. The portion sizes are really good and the meat is pretty high quality stuff. I can't really give it a high rating in terms of atmosphere as it is just a food truck, and my service was alright. All in all probably my favorite taco truck I've had in the Midlands so far.“

“I've tried almost every San Jose around Columbia and this is my go-to everytime.

I've been coming here for close to 10 years. Despite it being 2 blocks from my house, I was reluctant to try it out at first, because of judging it by its appearance. The parking lot is hard to navigate and the building is smaller than other locations.

I definitely regret not coming here sooner. They always have speedy service and staff are very friendly. The owner likes to make rounds checking on diners and is just a cool guy. The portions are large and fairly priced. And I've found the sweet tea, queso and chips taste way better than other San Jose's. You may have to wait a while for a table at peak hours but even during a rush, the food comes out super quick.

“It's a food "truck" but it's my favorite place to eat at work. Service can be very slow. Not cheap but a good value. I've been recommending it to several coworkers and associates in the area. There's a small covered area you can eat but I think it's best enjoyed back at my desk“

“I came to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We had an amazing time, the food was amazing. Ordered an appetizer, it was delicious, shrimp empanadas. Superb taste. Also, ordered the mariscos molcajete, omg!! The octopus and sauce on top was just so tasty. Service was a little slow, as place was packed for Motger Day’s celebration. They had live Mexican music, love it!! they even sang a birthday song for my sister. The waiter, Erica, brought a birthday cinnamon complementary cake as a gift for my sister, she was very attentive. And yes, servers spoke English and Spanish. I recommend this place for any celebration . Love it!!“

I now only come on nights because the manager Jamie is always so kind and aware because of past experiences with other managers being rude.
