“I don’t know what happened with everyone else, but my experience was great. I ordered my food which was two burgers, which somehow amounted to $10 and something cents (hence the 1 star off) the service was great I got my food less than 2 minutes after ordering and they said have a great day with a legitimate smile. There was a piece of trash and some spilled drink on the floor, but other than the small mistake and pricing everything was great.“

“Such a personable & pleasant experience. The drinks are of an excellent quality and the decaf has a deep flavor that is so rare to find. I love how much passion Jay has for what he does. I wish he was in NW Sioux Falls too. I’ll definitely be going back. I stumbled on the cabin by accident, and I’m so glad that I did.“

“The gentleman that took my order was very helpful and accommodating. When I got up to the window he noticed I had my dog and offered to make a pup cup. I told him if it was a small one. He made one for my pup and even asked if it was small enough before giving it to him. He also made the best iced white mocha I have ever had!“

“I have always had a great experience here. I get either treat coffee or an Americano. The staff is always pleasant and joyful.

This location isn't overly busy so I don't typically wait very long in line.

Dietary restrictions: They got rid of their gluten free breakfast sandwich ? only the egg souffle is left for gluten free on the menu.“

“I had some extra time this morning and decided I wanted a coffee. Usually my go to is Scooters but I drove by this place and turned around to get coffee from here. The man working it was so nice and I told him it was my first time and he was so welcoming. I got a caramel macchiato and it was so good! I will definitely make it a habit to support this place over any other coffee place from now on!“

“This place has a very relaxing environment. It feels like you step into a small cottage. The coffee selection is great. They have books and board games as you walk in. A nice fireplace area. I would recommend this place over the big brand coffee joints.“

“This was my first time eating at Shalom and first time ever eating Ethiopian Food. Seble was so incredibly friendly, kind, inviting, and passionate! You can taste the love she has for feeding people through her food. Ethiopian food may be my new favorite cuisine all thanks to the incredible experience at Shalom!“

“Have been a Scooter’s fan for years, this is the first time my Carmelicious Blender wasn’t good, very strong, bitter coffee. This was the first time at this Sycamore Scooter’s, I will go back to the 85th and Minnesota location from now on.“

“5 stars for the 2 ladies working in the Starbucks in the Hyvee. They couldn’t redeem my sister’s birthday drink points (her app froze and when she went back in she couldn’t get her free birthday drink), but they were kind and gave advice, so we ordered from them just because of their kindness.There was also a funny incident where my sister thought my mocha was hers when they asked if we wanted whipped cream, and my sister got so excited about it that they asked her if she wanted it on her drink too lol then she realized but was still happy that they asked just because she was so excited.Thank you ladies! I hope your kindness is rewarded back to you.“

“Compared to the other Starbucks, this one is my favorite. It is light and airy, and the drinks are made perfect every time! It is also not as packed so I can go and actually spend time there. Love the patio area in the spring and summer time as well. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure they say hi and make my day. All around, just a great start to my day.“

“I go to this location frequently (almost daily) and the staff is always super friendly, happy, and seem glad to be at work. They do a great job. Katelyn does so well that when I pull up she even recognizes my voice :). Definitely my favorite Starbs.“

“Compared to other starbucks in the city, I’ve had the best experience at this one. I’ve rarely had a mediocre coffee from this location. Workers are always nice but definitely seem stressed. Be nice to your baristas people! They’re human too, I promise they want your coffee to be good just as much as you do !“
