“I don’t know what happened with everyone else, but my experience was great. I ordered my food which was two burgers, which somehow amounted to $10 and something cents (hence the 1 star off) the service was great I got my food less than 2 minutes after ordering and they said have a great day with a legitimate smile. There was a piece of trash and some spilled drink on the floor, but other than the small mistake and pricing everything was great.“

“My first time there and it was an incredible experience. I loved how joyous and welcoming the barista was and I loved talking about the cool foggy, misty weather we were having that day as it is my favorite type of weather. “I've been coming here for years now and it's my favorite spot to read, study, or just relax. The whole staff is prompt and friendly and the coffees are great. The atmosphere is chill and they have couches and armchairs you can really sink into.
I look forward to their seasonal menus every year and the limited roasts (gold label) are always worth it.“

“The staff here were so friendly! It was my first time being here as I moved from Watertown. I used to go every day in Watertown, but stopped once I moved to Sioux Falls because I've tried every Caribou here and they cannot make my drink right! I saw this one by my work and thought I might as well try it lol and they completely nailed it! The drink was perfect and the service was quick and friendly. I might just be hooked on Caribou again...😅“

“Been coming to this location for a few years now, never a poor experience. Most notably today, ordered 14 drinks for my team of physicians and Nurses, and within 15 minutes all drinks were out and prepared when I walked in. Wonderful service, great team.“

“5 stars for the 2 ladies working in the Starbucks in the Hyvee. They couldn’t redeem my sister’s birthday drink points (her app froze and when she went back in she couldn’t get her free birthday drink), but they were kind and gave advice, so we ordered from them just because of their kindness.There was also a funny incident where my sister thought my mocha was hers when they asked if we wanted whipped cream, and my sister got so excited about it that they asked her if she wanted it on her drink too lol then she realized but was still happy that they asked just because she was so excited.Thank you ladies!
