“I was at Jimmy Johns yesterday. We ordered 2 of the Vito sandwiches with all the freebies,(mayo,mustard, etc included) and only 2 hot peppers per sandwich. We can do spicy but not that spicy. The guy/gal at the window wasn’t very friendly when we requested our sandwiches be cut in half. So down the road we went only to find they didn’t cut them in half, they loaded both sandwiches with hot peppers, didn’t put any of the sauces or dressing on and I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen turkey on a Vito! Disappointed.“

“This place is NOT soggy vegetable and cardboard meat subway. Firehouse has fresh veggies and good meat that they pile on. The best part is the cost. With the price of everything continually rising, Firehouse has kept their pricing extremely reasonable. Because of this, we always order 2 sandwiches so we can both bring one home for another meal.“

“I have not stopped at this location before as I normally just grab my groceries and get going as I have an hour drive home, but I decided to stop today, which I'm glad I did! Both a guy and gal were working but were working on making bread. They were out of my favorite, but that's ok as i enjoy wheat too. I primarily got the guy and he had some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Both workers are wonderful assets to this location. I will definitely be stopping more.“

“The manager was very nice, but the younger dude working there was very rude. They made my sandwich incorrectly and he was rude when I asked him to remake it. The manager quickly remade it and checked his attitude and that’s the only reason we will be returning.“
