Black hills bistro is new in hill city. Small town. Family owned. Cafe in the back. Walk up in the front. You can tell they are trying to impress. Coffee and scone were good. Also club wrap. Have the name and the food. And the ambience of Black Hills Bistro is on course. A lot of locals go here.
So here's the thing. I love good French toast. The carmel apple French toast I had at The Black Hills Bistro is the best French toast I can recall having. It wasn't just the caramel apple topping (which was awesome). The French toast itself was superb. My wife had breakfast tacos that she loved as well. We sat outside today in moderate temps and enjoyed the atmosphere of downtown Hill Coty. We will be returning.

Black Hills Bistro did the most amazing job when it came to desserts for our wedding! They were easy to work with and reasonably priced for everything they provided! I could not have asked for a better caterer. There were so many options that we could choose from and every single piece of dessert was AMAZING!!
