“I had ordered online at 220, put it for pick up at 3. I showed up 15 mins ahead of time and was told they didn't have the order yet, and wanted to see my phone for a receipt. "Kidding me" so I walk out to my car, grab my phone and show the guy and by that time my order was back there.
My food was hot and delicious, and loved my smoothie. But they should really fix their online order system, crazy It pops up 10 minutes ahead of time.“

“This place has way better coffee than that other place that's famous around here. Hands down. It's nice to get a coffee after my chemo appointment and it made right the first time. Y'all rock. Thank you for making my chemo days better.“
“I went in there this morning, super friendly, I love their options! They have so much to choose from but not an overwhelming amount. I got the cookies and cream shake and it tastes great. She was also able to make the tea I get from home and I would say she got very very close! Definitely recommend going here! I’ll be back to try the coffee :)“

“Friendly staff who seem to genuinely care when things go wrong. Never had a truly "bad" experience here!
Only negative is the unmarked bump since the re-paving, though they do try to put employee vehicles to avoid people hitting it.
Parking: No parking. It is a drive-through only location. I do wish they would mark the awkard curb on the entrance.“

“I'm a daily visitor at Scooters on 5th St and I absolutely love the coffee. I order The flavor of the day and so every day I get something different when I order the same thing and its always delicious. The staff are amazing! they are always very welcoming and never hesitate to provide quality customer service. Especially the Manager she never fails to make you smile. As for the Eglin St Location I work for a Non Profit organization nearby called The Adult Day Center of the BH, We took our guests out for coffee and they were very welcoming as well. It was a big order but they were so kind and really made us all feel welcomed and we enjoyed a warm cup of Coffee or Hot Chocolate at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Scooters Coffee!!“

“Coffee drinks that actually taste like coffee and plenty of flavor combinations if you prefer something like that. Great atmosphere, simple bakery. Good choice for coffee in Rapid city, SD.
Parking: Parking in Mall lot so plenty of space
Kid-friendliness: Daughter loved the banana muffin. If we were not eating on the go, could have gotten acai bowl“

“Rahul P made my smoothie and California flatebread and it was delicious. Mocha Madness with spinach and kale pl along with Banana and Blueberries was a hit with me and my little children. We all loved it ❤️ ? ♥️ yummy. No wonder there was a line waiting to get in.“
