“I visited Subway last week and had an excellent experience. The two young men working that evening were very welcoming and provided outstanding service. They prepared my sandwich exactly to my liking it was fresh and delicious. i stopped in around 8:40 p.m. after getting off work, and despite it being later in the evening, they treated me with kindness and professionalism. That level of service can be rare at that time of night, and it did not go unnoticed. Both employees were respectful, attentive, and clearly dedicated to doing their job well. I believe one of the young men’s names was Matthew, though I did not catch the other’s name. They truly deserve recognition for their efforts I believe they would be great candidates for a raise. definitely coming back!“

“I've been following Gregg's Substation for quite a while on Facebook and FINALLY made the trip to Sioux Falls today to try it. Best cold sub I've ever had. Everything is so fresh and good!! I'm glad I was smart enough to get a big sandwich so I could have it twice. I definitely recommend 100% and I'll definitely be back whenever I get back to Sioux Falls!! Great job!“

“This was the worst Capriotti's I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to several in other states. The sandwich looked nothing like what you guys advertise as it barely had any meat on the sandwich and all it was was a tiny bit of chopped up pieces of ham, half inch pieces at best... that is not a classic Italian sandwich and I've had the sandwich in other states and it was fine. but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend their place which is really disappointing. It seems Sioux Falls really struggles with their franchises here. Another recommendation is don't put the little bit of meat and cheese on the inside Edge where the two buns connect when you have the bun laid open so you have half the bun on the opening edge that has nothing (at least an inch or more) on it when you fold it in half. you guys sure made up for it for all the lettuce you put on it. that was the bulk of what the sandwich was. your sandwich looks nothing like what you advertise.“

“I loved the cheesesteak. They cook to order and pay attention to your instructions. They toasted the bun . The steak seemed unevenly cut and I loved it . They’d do a lot better in a different location. They stand ready to please . I have nothing but good things to say about them .“

“This Subway has officially blown my mind and earned a top spot on my favorites list (with S. Louise as its only competition). Tonight’s visit was made next-level amazing thanks to Will, who deserves a serious shout-out.

From the moment I walked in, Will greeted me with a genuine, feel-good smile, handed me my two online orders like a pro, double-checked that my beloved Baja Chipotle sauce was on the side, and thoughtfully put my chips in the bag instead of sending me on a scavenger hunt on the way out. Already impressive, right? Oh, but wait—there’s more.

Just before leaving, I realized I needed to make a quick pit stop in the ladies’ room. Cue mild panic when the gentleman ahead of me had the same idea… and there’s only ONE key for both restrooms (because apparently someone thought stealing a bathroom key was a good life choice 🙄). Without hesitation, Will swooped in like a customer-service superhero, came out from behind the counter, and used an employee key to unlock the door for me. No waiting, no attitude—just pure kindness and going above and beyond.

That small act turned Will into my absolute favorite human of the night. THIS is the kind of service that keeps people coming back. If every Subway had a Will, the world would be a happier (and better-fed) place. 🌟🥪“

“We had a good experience with the staff and food. The gentleman who made my salad gave me what I asked for and then sprinkled more lettuce on top to finish it off. I was very pleased and it was just want I wanted. My husband said his sub was very good and he had no complaints. Overall very good Subway.“

“I go here frequently. The staff are always nice & helpful. The food tastes as it should & is always 'freaky fast'. The restaurant & bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating. The drive-through line is often long at lunch. I recommend going inside to order, or ordering ahead on the app.“

I am not a lover of sandwiches outside the home (there are things that I only eat at home as a Latina) and I confess that it is my first time in a Subway and it would be good if when saying that it is your first in a store they would guide you on how to order or what's in it.
