“The individuals who work here are always pleasant and give genuine smiles and service. The one complaint I have is it is very slow if you go in. It has taken 15-20 minutes for one drink even after ordering ahead before leaving the house. Also, not site specific but I got one tall americano for grandma, one egg bites, and a venti vanilla americano for myself (that they forgot to put the syrup in) that was over $17. So when you're paying that much AND waiting for that long it makes it not worth it if they don't make your order correctly too.“
