“I feel the advertising hype over plays the food and restaurant. Food was good but nothing to write home about. Restaurant is very noisy but I will say service was really good.
Prices are average - unlimited salad, soup & garlic home loaf is good value add-on.

“I don't usually hit up mall food but I was starving, and the food was fast, fresh, and loaded up.

I ordered Combo 1 for $12.29 with bourbon chicken rice, mixed vegetables, and mango chicken. I also ordered Combo 3 for $16.49 with pasta, zucchini, Louisiana chicken, and blackened chicken.

The mango chicken was almost candied, it was sweet, sticky, and delicious, it was giving entrée with dessert privileges. The Louisiana chicken also had a really nice crust, it was juicy and had a perfect amount of heat, and the blackened chicken... well, she always hits.

The portions were enormous. Like, two people can share, enormous. Service was fast, the food tasted fresh, and for the price, it was a really solid food court meal.

If I had it my way, my perfect box would be 3 meat, one vegetable and I'd get the mixed vegetables, mango chicken, blackened chicken and Louisiana chicken. That combo would be elite.

Bourbon St. Grill is a solid downtown lunch or dinner option when you want something quick, hot, filling or sharable without overthinking it.“

“Been to Beaks Chicken for the first time and I was very pleased with my food. Loved the chicken and would gladly go back just for another plate. Very filling and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to chicken lovers or not. I don't normally go for chicken but would gladly take this over beef“

“Servers are all extremely polite, super- professional and knowlegeable about the menu. Service is as great as any by I’ve encountered. Food is ok. They don’t serve appetizers between certain hours which is odd, but not terrible. The food is good, not great. Has declined in quality over time. Sunday buffet is popular. Options are good. Sometimes items like ham taste as if they were frozen. Scrambled eggs are a fail. A quality buffet always has fluffy, layered eggs cooked over a medium heat. Hard and bland unfortunately. Otherwise options like ribs, sausage and bacon are decent. Definitely about the staff and the atmosphere.muality of food is good, but not great and seems to be on the decline. Otherwise I go here with some regularity, so it can’t be terrible.“

“We've been coming here for a long time, the VLT's are always fun, the food is exceptional, the servers and staff have always been great and friendly, but the one server Cat has been nothing short of amazing, she's always attentive and makes sure our customer needs are met. We've been holding off coming to Wing Wednesdays because of the hecticness but Cat took care of us extremely well. We will definitely be coming back on Wing Wednesdays! She's been our favorite server thus far!“

“Beaks chicken is open again! Definitely delicious chicken still! 4 star review is all due to the chicken. Unfortunately the Fries are now crinkle cut plain jane and super disappointing. Especially when the old fries are homeade and not many options for sides at all, I want a good fry. The Honey hab sauce is also not quite the same. It was literally my weakness. I'm not sure obviously what the change is, but it looks and tastes not quite how it used too.“
