“I have delt with this kfc for a long and since there has been total change of staffing there the food and service is in the toilet! I have been hung up on, talked to rudely. My orders are never totally filled, I’ve ordered small fries, never get them, ordered dark meat in a dinner and it’s been white meat, this last order was a festive sandwich nothing else and small gravy. The chicken hardly filled the bun was so dry it was hard to chew, never got gravy and could hardly see stuffing and there was some red but nothing resembling cranberry sauce. Anyone I talkto have had multiple problems at that location and have said they won’t be back. One time I was waiting for a family bucket, was watching the fella filling an order, he dropped a piece bent and picked it up and put in the order. Guess I’ll have to go to Mary Browns they have great chicken so far.“
“Meal was as expected, take out through drive thru. Hot food, and was still fresh! Sometimes I crave kfc, and South Albert rarely disappoints! I used to work at North Albert location in my school years, and it's strange that I still would eat here.....still think they need to bring back SNACKWICHES--100% mt fave!“
“It was a nearly 30 min wait for the bucket I ordered after arrival. There were 2 food delivery services waiting for food when I got there & one said he had been waiting nearly 30 min for his order. The wait was long, but at least the food was fresh.“
