I've been to this establishment three times and have had food missing from the order twice. The drive thru takes so long that they make you park out front for 5-10 minutes every time as well. I cannot recommend coming
The service here is generally very slow. For a fast food chicken restaurant to have to consistently be told you have to wait over 10 minutes at around supper time when you’re the only vehicle in the drive thru is not acceptable.I gave this location two stars only because the staff is always very friendly and courteous and the orders are always correctly filled and hot when they come out.If you’re looking for fast service go elsewhere.

New review- last year I had a disastrous visit and gave them one star. This week I came to this location and I believe the food and service have greatly improved. Ashman and L.A. were the front counter staff- service was fantastic! Food took a while to come out, but was prepared properly. Good value. Restaurant was clean, as were washrooms.
