“Thanks to Tim's for being at St. Paul's. We were at the hospital for 18 hours until my Mother passed. The cafe is not open on weekends so we would have had to leave the hospital to eat. Tim's allowed us to be with her until the end. Please remember this is fast food, not a 5 star restaurant. Thanks again for being there, it was greatly appreciated.“

“I would give this location a full 5 stars except they have a little inconsistency on how much icing goes on their donuts. Everyone I talk to complains about too much icing on Tim Horton donuts but I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered the Walnut crunches at this location as it was very little icing and I could actually taste the donut and not just icing. It was good for two days in a row. The last couple of times in the store it has too much icing all I taste is sugar. Same goes for their Timbits. I do order a special Mocha and this is the only location that gets it right 99% of the time. Other locations I have to go inside the store and watch them make it so it gets done correctly. Hats of to the manager to train their staff correctly you should be going to all the other tores to train staff. Good Job“

“I got a coffee from Tim Hortons and here is my review of the restaurant. The atmosphere of Tim Hortons was cozy and casual, with a lot of natural light and comfortable seating. The decor was simple and modern, with some Canadian-themed elements. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee was hot and fresh, with a smooth and rich flavor. I ordered a medium size, which was enough for me. The presentation was standard, with a paper cup and a plastic lid. The variety of coffee options was decent, with different roasts, flavors, and creamers to choose from. The strengths of Tim Hortons were its convenience, affordability, and consistency. The restaurant was easy to access, with a drive-thru and a mobile app. The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity of the coffee. The coffee was always reliable and satisfying, no matter which location or time of the day.The weaknesses of Tim Hortons were its lack of innovation, diversity, and sustainability. The restaurant did not offer anything new or exciting, with the same menu and promotions for a long time. The coffee options were limited, with no specialty drinks, organic beans, or plant-based milks. The environmental impact of the restaurant was questionable, with a lot of disposable packaging and waste.Overall, I had a good dining experience at Tim Hortons, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a quick and easy coffee fix. However, if you are looking for something more adventurous, creative, or eco-friendly, you might want to try a different place.“

“Drive through as I usually do… had the most fantastic experience.. although they were originally out of the item I had ordered, which I understand was popular this weekend, they ended up finding and making a last minute mini egg donut that just came up. I understand baking doesn’t always happen like that, but the 2 employees helping were incredibly friendly and I lucked out with a fresh batch. Even if I didn’t get my favourite donut, I would be impressed with their confidence and professionalism.“

“I'm currently in Tim Hortons Saskatoon Airport writing this review. The employee said no Tim points can be earn inside the Airport Tim's location. They do not give points here. Whatever food you buy or even as many coffee you buy no points. Very smiley staff. Not many varieties of donut very limited amount of choices. Spoon for yogurt is not sanitary offered no cover. Cannot trust with Covid still very much around. Service is fast but missed giving one already paid order the most important the coffee ☕.Customer reminded of the missed order, employee acknowledge the missed. Will still come back to shop not much choice around, and the sausage farmers wrap is good warming a cold tummy, flushing with a very smooth coffee. A comfort in a still cool rainy weather like today May 6 2022 Friday.“

“Tim Hortons - please please please create a customer service workshop for your staff. This seems to be an issue at every single Tims I ever go to lol.My fave breakfast is an egg and cheese on a croissant. Also, if you get the bagel with cream cheese, always get it with extra cream cheese bc they skimp out on it lol.The retro donuts are good and nice to have back.Tim points are good. The ginger/orange quencher is amazing. So is the blackberry one.Ice cap is always on par lol.Prices are getting ridiculous tho. You can go to dark side donuts (a locally owned donut shop) and get a dozen for a bit more money but they are the best donuts you will ever have.Tim’s is just so expensive now for medium grade product“

“I go to a Tim Hortons 2x a day typically; I visit THs all over the city. There’s one particular TH location that FAR exceeds any of the others I’ve been too. This is the TH on Betts Avenue. The food far exceeds in quality and freshness and quantity. This is not a one-off experience, this is consistent! Their veggies are incredibly fresh, and stacked high. They do not skimp out like the majority of THs do! How can one location be so consistent?? I honestly don’t know, because it’s very rare - especially for a TH, or any “fast food” establishment for that matter! I have had to call and complain to other TH locations, which I hate doing, but the fact is the Betts location has truly set the bar for what a TH should AND can be! This goes for not only the food but for the beverages as well. For example, I usually get a Chat tea latte; creamy and perfectly sweetened (not too much not too little). But too often when I get this exact same order at other locations they don’t use enough milk or the sweetener is unbalanced for what it’s supposed to be. Not Betts - 99% of the time it’s perfect. Consistency is not easy to obtain especially when it’s someone different making it all the time. So what’s their trick?! My guess it’s good management and training. For example, Ive heard at a different TH a long time ago, that the employees are told to skimp on ingredients as much as possible and not waste *anything* (which results in using ingredients that are far from fresh, like getting the ends of tomatoes (you know, the part that should be thrown out!). It scares employees - they don’t want to get in trouble or they think they’re going to lose their job, so they try to make management happy instead of the customers, because after all, it’s management who pays their wages. So I’m convinced that an A+ Tim Hortons location (like Betts) is much thanks to great management and who have a customer first focus - and passes that vision down to its employees. It never goes unnoticed - so a big, big thank you to the management and the amazing staff at the Betts location for being reliably delicious and providing its customers the best and freshest ingredients they can offer!!Keep doing what you’re doing please!! I DO go out of my way to visit this location whenever possible as I know I won’t be disappointed.5 stars all the way! Keep up the great work, the friendly staff and the ALWAYS great food and drinks, providing amazing value to their customers and being the Tim Hortons that all other locations should be striving to be like.P.S why is your bacon so much better than any other TH’s? Haha - I don’t know why but please keep it up! Perfectly cooked and crisp and so much tastier and thicker than ANY of the other locations. A+ thank you :)“

“Really great place! Often we visit on our lunch break. The staff are always very respectful despite the chaos that the Holy Cross students bring to the restaurant. Those students are often very rude to the staff but the staff always handle it in a professional manner. The staff are super efficient and friendly in their service. Restaurant is always clean. Orders are consistently correct and warm. I wish the restaurant could be bigger to accomodate the rush of students, but that's not the staffs fault.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons location a short time ago at Lawson Heights Mall. We sat in side near the fireplace. Our drinks and food were good here. I had a frozen lemonade and a bacon turkey club. The seating area inside is okay but some of the seats could definitely use some refurbishing as there area definite rips to them. The seating area could also be bigger cause it is usually busy here and no were to sit even though it wasn’t very busy this time. The staff here was friendly and helpful“

“If you've ever wondered what pure, unadulterated joy tastes like, look no further than Tim Hortons' Cold Coolers. These frosty concoctions are like a vacation in a cup, but without the hassle of sunscreen and sand in awkward places. The moment you take your first sip, it's like Mother Nature herself decided to throw an icy party in your mouth. The brain freeze? Oh, it's just your brain doing the cha-cha because it's so darn excited. It's like a dance-off between your taste buds and your frontal lobe, and trust me, your taste buds are winning. Now, let's talk flavors. They've got more options than your indecisive friend at an ice cream parlor. From classic Iced Cappuccino to indulgent Chocolate Chill, each sip is like a sweet symphony playing in your mouth. And if you're feeling wild, you can even mix and match to create your own flavor combos. Espresso and raspberry? Why not! This isn't a coffee shop; it's a flavor playground. But wait, there's more! The whipped cream on top is like the cherry on an already fabulous sundae. It's the kind of whipped cream that makes you question why you ever bothered with non-whipped-cream-topped beverages in the first place. It's the whipped cream you never knew you needed until now.And let's not forget the straw. It's not just a straw; it's a portal to a world of icy delight. Sucking up those last precious drops feels like you've discovered the secret to eternal brain-freeze-induced happiness. In conclusion, Tim Hortons' Cold Coolers are a triumph of frozen beverage engineering. They're like a Canadian winter vacation for your taste buds, without the snow shoveling. So, do yourself a favor and treat your palate to a Cold Cooler adventure. Your brain might protest momentarily with a brain freeze, but your taste buds will thank you for the laughter-inducing, icy ecstasy!“
