“I will come here for coffee occasionally. While the coffee tastes fine each time, it seems that i never pick the right line as the lines move fairly slow at high traffic times. I also commonly experience my coffee not being filled to the top of the cup.“

“I had a really great experience here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate how everyone puts effort into helping customers. However, I especially want to recognize the girl named Nicole. She was very organized, attentive, and calm even when it was busy. She really stood out to me because she knew what she was doing and made everything feel smooth and well managed.

Honestly, all the staff deserve appreciation, but Nicole definitely deserves recognition. (We actually made an effort to look at her name tag because we wanted to know her name). We talk about her in class. I hope management knows how valuable she is to the team.

One piece of feedback for management would be to consider having the short girl at the front more often. I personally found the front area less organized when the other guy and girl was handling it, so I would prefer the short girl to be in that position. Overall, it was a great experience. I will always comeback here to grab food.“

“Regular customer in the morning, I use the app to order before i enter the store. The staff are always friendly and the morning crew is good. They go above and beyond with my orders. Lots of parking, gets really busy in the morning since it’s an industrial area with limited coffee options. Drive thru and in store are equally busy, I suggest ordering via app and to take out if you’re in a rush.“

“Carol was so sweet when taking my order, making sure it was all correct and that I scanned my rewards card as well, by far the best service I’ve received at a Tim’s. My food was great and this location has always made my food consistently good. “Around 11:20 pm Feb 23, 2026 at Fairlight Drive Saskatoon SK, we had a disappointing experience with my wife at the drive-through. The staff member ( Indian lady) who took our order was impatient and unfriendly and rude. Unfortunately her accent made it difficult for us to understand her. When we asked to add another cup of coffee at the window, she refused and told us to go back to the end of the line. She didn’t even apologized. It’s clear that she needs more training in customer service and be courteous when dealing with customers. Despite this we’re still big fans of Tim’s.“

“I frequent this location and the staff make it everything that it is. They are so helpful and kind. I mobile order my partner coffee all the time and they've never had an issue fixing my order if I accidentally order the coffee black instead of my usual triple triple. I've even gone in before and they had made the usual order, against the order sent in, and checked with us that they had made what we wanted (we are so touched that they knew it was my mistake in ordering, while ordering at 6:30 a.m.).
Our coffee order is always right and this is the location we frequent to not have a burnt tasting cup of coffee. We notice that issue inconsistently from other locations; we stopped frequenting the North Millar location for this reason and will now choose the South Millar location if we can't make it to our favourite - Primrose Dr!“

“I went here yesterday and ordered 2 sausage and egg sandwiches with hashbrowns and drinks and 6 donuts. When I got home one sandwhich only had egg on it so i called in to speak with the manager.

The manager was off so I got the supervisor instead. She had no clue how to handle this issue as I wanted to get another replacement next time I came in but I was already 40 mins away and was not coming back. At first she said no so I reminded her that when they screw up its up to them to make it right, so she said she would replace the sandwhich and ui said no, you'll replace meal, not the. whole order but that specific meal.

When I came back today I met Pam at the front till. Watching her work was such a pleasure as she was engaging with a polite kind demeanor and articulate and easy to understand. When I explained what happeend she got the Manager Rav. Well she did exactly what I would expect a good Manger to do and replaced the meal as I also ordered more items to go. Both Women were kind, understanding and gave the service that made Tim Hortons a household name for all the right reasons when it first began.

Tim's needs to learn who their good leaders and employees are and use their example to train the others who look like zombies going through the motions without any real care.

Well done ladies, my experience with you will be the reason I return!“
