Dunkin' Donuts in Chattanooga

“I am honestly not the biggest fan of Dunkin Donuts. The reason I come to this one is because the employees who work there are excellent and always make me feel appreciated when I come give my donuts and coffee. They really do an excellent job, and they deserve a shout out!“

“This has been my favorite Dunkin’ for a long time. The staff is friendly, the service is consistently great, and I used to stop here almost every day for over a year.

The only reason I stopped coming isn’t because of the employees, it’s the tipping prompts at checkout. When someone gives good service, I feel obligated to tip, and after visiting every day, those extra dollars really add up. I don’t blame the staff at all. I just wish companies would pay employees enough that customers aren’t constantly put in the position of deciding whether to tip.

I genuinely miss coming here and hope things change someday because this was one of my favorite places to start my day.“

“This is a very nice Dunkin shop. We were warmly greeted by Barbara upon entering. She also assisted us with our order.

I had classic Dunkin coffee with a delicious sour dough breakfast sandwich (2 eggs and bacon). The sandwich was hot and satisfying. My wife had a cold green tea and an egg/ham croissant. She was pleased with her meal. We finished by ordernig a dozen classic Dunkin glazed donuts, which were wonderfully soft and fresh.

This Dunkin shop will now be part of a breakfast routine for us.“

“Since moving to this side of town in the past year, the Dunkin on Signal Mountain Blvd has been such a pleasant experience each morning. The team there is always kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful.

I usually order a black coffee and ask for a few cubes of ice on occasion so I can drink it right away (a unique request, I'm sure). After a while they started remembering my order, and now when I order ahead they automatically set a little side cup of ice next to my coffee in the pickup area. It’s such a small detail, but it really shows how much they pay attention and care. Nowadays, it's rare so I wanted to make sure I left a review to highlight my thanks.“

“The food was good the young man running the counter was not present at all he stopped waiting on me to discuss carrying out the trash with a co-worker then before he got my donuts he carried the trash out come back in did not wash his hands and proceeded to get my food I brought it to the attention to another co-worker who pushed that box to the side and got me another order of donuts this time with gloves on“
