Shae and Lale made this the first time I've ever had such a genuinely kind and welcoming experience at a coffee shop. I usually go to the Dunkin' in Kennesaw, but I'll gladly go out of my way to visit this location during second shift because of them.
Their kindness, positive attitudes, and genuine joy are something you simply can't teach—they've truly mastered it. People could learn a lot from these two.
