“After the bacon-less baconators I received from the Red bank location, I was hesitant to even go again. But pretzel bun. So here I am. Here I've eaten. Probably the freshest best burger I've gotten from a Wendy's ever. Lettuce was crunchy, beef was juicy, there was bacon.“
“Our family at lunch at Wendy’s on 3/23. We had to wait a few minutes to order, but not a big deal. The cashier (Stephanie) was very nice and working hard taking orders and getting cups for her customers. The food was good, hot and as ordered. Wendy’s was also fully staffed and was able to accommodate their customers quick. We went back up to order an additional item to go, and noticed an employee was arguing with another employee and being loud where the entire dining room could hear. Keep in mind, this is during their busy time. The yelling from a female employee was the manager that was yelling for 10 minutes at another employee in front of everyone. This is very unprofessional and she should be talked to about her actions. It’s hard today to find employees who want to work, while most businesses are struggling and understaffed. The manager needs to do better with her management skills!“
“Lobby seems clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating available for dine in eating. The cashier was clearly not in the front and none of the 6 or so individuals preparing orders or working the drive thru took the time to acknowledge I was there and let me know someone would be with me. Up until the person working the register showed up to take my order it really felt as if they were completely ignoring the fact that a customer was waiting.“
“As of late they don't typically have enough staff to open the lobby, when they do everyone is conditioned to assume it's closed. A bit slow still inside.Recently renovated and pretty clean. The staff is friendly and seems to be efficient. Lobby was closed on last visit“
“This is by far the cleanest Wendy's I've ever been in. I've been in multiple times and received great food and service every time. I had a fantastic interaction with the manager Mark and employee Jayden. I don't think I've ever felt so welcomed and had so much fun at a Wednys before. These guys made me feel like family. I will most definitely be back because of the store and these awesome employees!“
“I go through the drive through probably 4-5 times each week. The service is quick and efficient. The food tastes great. There are two ladies who are rock stars who work the pick-up window. They are Kim and Keyonna. They are awesome people and are a very positive face for this Wendy's. They are kind and always smiling. The owner should give them both a bonus for such amazing customer service. I appreciate it very much. A+++++“
“Have they switched two different people after drive-thru to take orders. I was very much chaos and disorganization. Some of the employees were fussing they were into it out loud. I didn't mind I understand that things happens. I just hope that they can get it resolved I hate for anyone to lose their job.“
“The staff and service at this Wendy's is the best I've ever seen. It's a regular lunch destination when I'm in a hurry and they always get my order correct, it's fast, and everyone has a smile on their face. Kudos to the mgmt team here for the solid performance all around.“
