“NORMALLY my experience here has been AMAZING. Today not so much. I specifically asked could they do a UNSWEET (I'm Diabetic) BLACK FROZEN COFFEE WITH OATMILK AND A EXPRESSO SHOT. They said yes so when I pulled around he proceeded to hand me a frozen coffee that was very light so I knew it wasn't what I ordered also I read the ticket. So I said is this a ...and repeated what I ordered. He said no we couldn't make it like that it HAS TO HAVE CREAM SUGAR ETC to turn out right. I said then just make it warm because I'm Diabetic and can't have all this syrup and sugary cream. Well a female came to the window and said IM SO SORRY YES WE CAN MAKE IT THE WAY U ORDERED IT. I said GREAT...but when I got to work and was drinking it, IT was super sweet. I was like wow is thats not unsweet BECAUSE MY SUGAR SKYROCKETED. THEY STILL PUT SUGAR SYRUP OR SOMETHING IN IT AND BLEW MY BLOOD SUGAR SKY HIGH WITH JUST A FEW SIPS. Which is very dangerous for a Diabetic.“
“This dunkin location is the only one of this kind around and I am so happy I've found it. First off I stay the night here every 3rd Wednesday and it works out perfectly with all the other places i live in around town (I love doing this) I hit my head a few times on the wall and it was perfect! Thanks Tyneequa! I don't know if your manager knows about this but you are the best! Never eaten the food but I'm sure it's great!“
“This particular Dunkin does not have a dinning area so I gave the atmosphere 3 stars. The service is great, friendly, and inviting however I always have to pull up and wait for something as simple as two sandwiches a machiotto and a bottled juice. All of there food taste great and the machiotto is the best I've ever had. My only food complaint is that all the donuts come cold. Cold donuts don't taste fresh at all. I've asked if they can heat them and I swiftly get denied every time. This is a donut shop. Of all things the donuts should stand out as the best thing to eat.“
“Snackin bacon is to die for. I absolutely love the Dunkin Location @1645 Ft.Campbell Blvd. I go in the mornings to enjoy My cold coffee, snackin bacon and egg and cheese roll up. I do my paperwork. It's a good relaxing environment. The staff there is so happy, very professional. I order when I get inside and by the time I sit down and prepare my paperwork my order is ready. Hats off to my Dunkin peeps.
