Taco Bell in Clarksville

“I love this location but unfortunately a large pack of loud and annoying teenagers really ruined my experience tonight. Crowding around the drink and condiment station and yelling over each other. Ridiculous! 🙄 Learn how to act if you're gonna be in public and be considerate to those around you. World doesn't revolve around you. I'm sure the employees don't wanna deal with allat either. Just incredibly rude.“

“Drive thru speaker needs upgraded they act like they cant hear or comprehend what I said or ordered.. It's a hit or a miss.. depends whose working i guess 🤷 first time I got my food was great second time barely filled my burrito and third they gave my 5 yr old a bigger burrito than me.. fourth and fifth it was a real hit! Can't really go wrong with the Doritos supreme loco tacos here and the nachos bell grande was pretty loaded which I appreciated it being that way because who wants to eat lonely nachos with nothing on each chip lol. Customer service isn't that great they are nice but do not speak kinda quiet. They messed up my order 2/5 times I've ever been here.. I go to this one because I live right up the road from it.. it's convenient. I will be back it hasn't been that bad to where I wouldn't come back so I can't complain. Overall a pretty good taco bell.. for Tiny Town residents! Traffic surrounding is unbearable unless your on the side of the taco bell is on already.. they need to make a better intersection to get into the taco bell.
Update: Just noticed they gave me the wrong tacos for my order..
Got my order wrong 3 outta 5 times I been here. Check your food, not just the wrap or the bag but the food!!“

“I did not catch her name but the young girl working in the window at 9:35am 1/14 deserves credit. The service was a tad slow but I quickly noticed that she seemed to be doing most the work herself and that’s why it took a good minute. It can be so stressful when all the work is put onto one employee but she kept a smile on her face and greeted me with kindness. Definitely a hard working girl!“

“Brian at the drive-thru and ordering speaker was so kind!! So respectful and patient. I didn't feel rushed at all and when we came to the window, he was very relaxed and easy to talk to! It also was very late at night so the great customer service was very nice!“

After being turned away at Kelly's Diner, I wanna thank God that we then went to Taco Bell and I swear whomever made our dang tacos put their FOOT in it. Turned out to be good that Kelly's didn't want us. Whoever made our tacos cooks with LOVE. I've been here before and it was fine but tonight was far better than just fine. Kudos and whoever you are, THANKS.“
