“Excellent! They make amazing desserts. Just had the dubai strawberries and they were delicious l! Our party also had a strawberry shake and it was amazing, not over sweet like so many shakes are. The young ladies working in there are always so polite and sweet. Very nice to get amazing customer service!! Cant wait to try some of their food also.“

“Perkits is the definition of what it means to be a successful small business in Cleveland. Delivering a great product with quality service is all you need. Growing up, Perkits was my favorite! I've seen other froyo and ice cream shops come and go, but Perkits remains. Perkits has the best frozen yogurt in Cleveland, perhaps due to the fact that they've been in the business well before frozen yogurt gained popularity. The owner is always there, and they give a discount to Lee students with an ID. My favorites are pineapple tart (just like Dole Whip) and chocolate snoblast with Heath. Their holiday/seasonal flavors are also great, like blue raspberry, candy apple sorbet, and pumpkin pie. The haven't had blue raspberry or candy apple in a while, so I hope the bring them back soon. There is also a rewards program that allows you to earn a free yogurt or discounts after receiving a certain number of stars!“

“Cookies were great but my large order was over an hour past pickup and wasn't boxed and ready for pickup when I arrived. Took a while to be greeted and employed barely mumbled a few words. I was the only one in the store besides 4 employees.“

“Everytime we're in the area we stop by Baskin Robbins to get ice cream! They have the best shakes and they get to you pretty fast regardless if the line is wrapped around the store. Definitely recommend a stop if you're trying to get some good ice cream“

“Just wow! My family of 6 arrived for a late night snack around 9pm. We walked into a very clean and quiet restaurant and were immediately greeted by a smiling face, Amanda. She quickly answered any and all questions we had, and playfully interacted with my tiny humans. We had no more than finished our order and our treats were already coming out. Infact, the last of our order arrived just as we finished paying. My tiniest human made a mess with his ice cream on the window and we tried our best to clean it up. We let Amanda know on our way out and apologized and she told us not to worry about it and she totally understood. My family has lived in Cleveland for a few years now and we hadn't gotten to DQ yet. I'm so glad we stopped by and can say we will be back quickly. The sweet treats hit the spot and the customer service was even sweeter.
*I would like to note the drive through was pretty active the whole time and others did come in after us. I'm not sure how many workers were there but the staff was efficient at filling orders quickly.“
